From the time I arrived, Marzio was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure I could get settled in. Marzio was always friendly and seemed to extend his hospitality to all guests with anything they needed. There was a nice breakfast spread and I believe dinner is available if you request it. The room was clean, cool and comfortable (necessary for hot, summer days!) The location is a little ways from the city center but accessible by a local bus or walking down the hill. All in all, i am glad I chose GG for my stay in Firenze!

i loved the staff there. they were so welcoming and eager to help even with a language barrier! all of their amenities that was listed was actually true! the best place i have visited thus far in italy

Excellente service, very kind people, super hapy , I would only fix one very important thing , the A.C . Service is great, food is very good for a good price and the hospitality of the owner it is amazing.

Good location and easy to get around from

Conviniently located to bus line to center. Breakfast offered for 8Euros. room was good size.Property charged for parking during check-in and did not notify that we needed to get from them a touchless key to activate the gate. We were not able to leave when we needed to. Property did not reply to communications sent; therefore, we had to wait until business hours to get our car and leave. Everything else was fine. It was a good place to stay.

Good service

Lovely staff, clean room with lots of space. You can hear your noisy neighbours so depending on who is staying may impact your sleep. Location is far from downtown but an easy bus ride and nice local restaurants.
