The location was great but very noisy

Room was nothing like the pictures and bathroom was very dirty.

Such a good place to stay at Naxos. Close to the main port, lots of food options and the old market. James is very helpful with everything you need. Perfect.

It is the perfect location, within walking distance of the ferry terminal, the Temple of Apollo, shopping and dining. Beautiful big suites, clean, comfortable for a family of 5, we stayed 3 nights and wish we had booked for longer.

We had a great stay at Venetian Suites in Naxos. Couldn’t be closer to the ferry port. Suite was tucked away, very quiet and comfortable. Spacious shower, fridge in room. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Venetian suites was a perfect option for folks who want to stay close to the ferry port of Naxos. It's in the heart of the old market so it's not accessible by cars but it's a super convenient stay if you're coming by ferry. James was super responsive and we had a lovely time. Lots of food and shopping options around the area and very walkable and safe. The suites was perfect for 4 girls on vacation and we had plenty of room. Please note for the unit we stayed at there is a flight of stairs into the unit so you will need to be able bodied and carry your luggage up the stairs.

Stayed one night as we were getting ferry next day. Excellent location for port. Clean, cute room.

The room was cosy, clean and economical. Very close to everywhere in a quiet area. The property manager sent us a message to know our arrival time and ensure the keys would be deliver as well as some instructions for the room. He was helpful and offered to keep our suitcases for a few hours on the check out day.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was very clean and quiet, and James came to meet us when we arrived in Naxos. Our room had all the amenities for a couple. It's in a great location and close to everything! They also kept our suitcases until our late departure.

Perfect spot to take in Naxos for a couple of days. Located right in the heart of Old Town Naxos. Glad we chose this place!

James was very helpful and it was very relaxing with how quiet the street was regardless of how many surrounding apartments there are.

The manager James was exceptional - so helpful with my luggage, check in, check out, restaurant recommendations, excursions etc. Accommodation is lovely and in the old town. Washing machine a real bonus and a fantastic shower.

My apartment was fantastic. It was clean, bright, with lots of charm. Wandering the alleyways of old town Naxos to get to the apartment made my stay really delightful. James was incredibly responsive and helpful, from meeting me at the port through answering questions during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good, close to the Pier with many restaurants

Venetian suites was ok James came and met us from the port room was ok but it was a very noisy place kids shouting outside late at night, early delivery’s and people just generally screaming at the early hours so it was let down by this , we could cope with the nine change of towels but nobody emptying the toilet paper bin for 3 days was very unhygienic in our opinion apart from that it was very close to port and bus station

Only good words and no complaints whatsoever, recommending to anyone going to Naxos.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the room we got. Our room was literally around the corner from the beginning of the main street on the harbor. We loved that we were able to come out and be in the middle of everything right away. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was a good size. The guy from the hotel was waiting for us on arrival and helped with our luggage to the doorstep. On checkout day, our ferry didn't leave until a few hours after checkout. He allowed us to leave our bags in the room until we were ready. Excellent service all around. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

James was reliable and punctual with all communication as well as with check-in and check-out. The area is right by the port, which is very convenient and the suite has all the amenities we needed. We loved our stay!

Nice welcome by owner. Please note, VS II is not at the official address where other reviews suggest a quiet location. Zero info about this when booking. VS II Suite 2 is 15 m away from the only road leading to the harbour, which means endless noise and exhaust fumes despite closed windows. The balcony is not so nice because of this, and you also look at dirt and rubbish on the opposite wall 2m away. Studio but very nicely furnished, very good mattresses. We didn't need it, but if you do, there is no daily room cleaning. Would not stay again for a nice holiday. For the reasons mentioned above, overpriced for the high season price.

The perfect apartment for me, ground floor and within metres of the port and the centre. I was able to move around freely and make good use of my time on the island.

The apartment was very close to the port. Room had a nice view and was very comfortable. Only downside was we felt rushed checking out. Otherwise it was the perfect location for our stay.
