Property needs to be renovated, has an old hotel look. Room was clean as well as facilities an update on furniture, get rid of carpet would up the experience.

A little dated in rooms but quiet, close restaurants and GREAT view of lake in my room. Restaurant was good and service friendly. Definitely stay again.

Very beautiful property. They can use some upgrades in the room like the mattress was lumpy and not that comfortable. I also did not like that I couldn’t get an early check-in or a late check out. It’s a very short walk over to the village and the restaurants. Overall, still can’t wait to go back.

We love this property. Perfect walking distance to Lake Arrowhead Village! However, the rooms are showing their age and need some updating. The staff is awesome!

Had a nice relaxing time. Resort needs some tlc, but overall, we had a great time.

First time visiting Lake Arrowhead, it did not disappoint. Charming, nature ,beautiful lake ,nice people. The Resort is relaxing, attractive and easy. The staff, never met one person that was not friendly and sincere. The Front Desk Manager Brittney was so helpful and upgrading our room as iI had told her I was retiring. I was so shocked and honestly moved as it was such a nice room with beautiful view of the lake, I never expected that, she is amazing. The restaurant Bin 189 was delicious , truly everything!!!, I ate off my plate and my husband's. Best halibut fish and chips I ever had, I am serious,the batter ,wow. Our server Katie was awesome, engaging and knowledgeable, even the restaurant manager came over as we were leaving to check in and thank us.The pool sits right lakeside and there is a private beach. Great family place too. Really , if you have not visited Lake Arrowhead resort and Spa , you are missing out.It was such a special start to my retirement.🙏The shopping village is within walking distance and restaurant/bars to grab something and watch the boats on the lake, I noticed lots of folks with dogs too 🐾 I think that is my longest review ever. I feel happy to leave this review, thank you Lake Arrowhead ❤️

Everything was good

Had a last minute stay with our family before school started and it was the perfect way to the end summer! We swam in the lake and pool, went on a boat tour, roasted smores and walked to Lake Arrowhead Village. The staff went above and beyond and were amazing to our family! Will be back again! It was a very nice stay right next to the tge lakeview village but the village was a little disappointing lots of store closure not to much to it line it was years before

The hotel has access to a small beach, which is good. But, the property is old. The mattress is uneven, very uncomfortable. The screen door is broken and you cannot keep the glass door open, otherwise there would be lots of bugs, flying inside the room. Well, since the door has to be closed, the bad smell inside gets worse, especially during the night. We left early in the morning and found the fresh air in breeze. What a trip.

Better than we expected. Will be back!

We really enjoyed the private fishing dock, clean pool, dining options and overall friendliness of the staff. The cheese plate kinda sucked for 32 bucks lol the short walk to the Village was nice too, we had a blast and will return.

This place was perfect for me and my family! We will be coming back for many years to come!!

It is a great piece of property that is in need of some investment & update. front desk was a bit frazzled upon check-in given long lines and made a few errors on our room before correcting and getting it right. pool chairs and umbrellas seem disproportionate to the # of people at the hotel. lots of people seen at pool and beach w/o wristbands, not a great look for customers paying to be at the property who can't find a chair anywhere outside to sit, let alone accommodate my whole family...all paying to be at the resort. they seem quite happy with status-quo as they have no real lakefront competition. I'd pay more if they made the updates/investment needed. highlights: the property is very contained for middle-aged kids to float from pool, to game room, to beach, etc. being on the lake is great, again great piece of property. not sure we'd return at its current state, but do love the lake and quiet town.

We stayed from August 9-11, 2024 at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa. The location is great but for the price we paid it's not worth it. The carpet has stained and dirty. The sofa bed's mattress is old and worn out. Pillows and blanket are already overused and worn out too. I also called and asked if we can be moved to closer and more convenient room because we have a senior citizen with us. My father in law's age was 98 years old. We are at Room 172. The hallway is like a maze and very far from the lobby. It was so far and inconvenient for him. The lady in the reception said that she will let the manager know and they will call us. We did not hear from anyone. Even if there is no room available, I feel that we should be informed that there is no room available for us. We will understand and appreciate if at least we were given the courtesy of a call from the receptionist or from the manager Edna Cabalquinto

we loved our stay at the resort. The pool and private beach is very nice. Nearby dining was easily accessible thank God cause there isn't ONE VEGAN option at the coffee joint, or bin 189. The resort itself is quite loud. Kids everywhere running around the hallways, slamming doors, etc. The room was ok. I paid for a lakeside view (which is not guaranteed) that was definitely not viewable. The women at the front desk were kind enough to reimburse me for my resort fees due to the No lake view. Would return again if and only kids are back in school. EEk!

We have been coming here for over ten years, and this last experience is making us rethink future plans. Over the years, we have seen many changes, and the vast majority seem to benefit the hotel and not the experience of the guests. The hotel is in disrepair, there is insufficient seating by the pool which is awful (because you have to come at 8 for chairs, guests end up arguing and you can’t leave or you’ll have no place to sit), and many staff members just end up having to apologize for these issues over and over. I get that the hotel is the only one of its type nearby, so can get away with the bare minimum, but if they choose to do that, the resort fee is insulting. We would be thrilled to see the hotel maximize its potential and become a truly nice resort destination.

Everything was good!

This place is amazing i paid for lake view and got great room. Wish they had adult only area because there were kids everywhere which i was highly disappointed about but other than that. Everything was amazing.

Only negative thing is the pillows to sleep we’re to soft

Old Dirty Room, Stained Carpet. Great Burrata Salad at the restaurant. Nice spot on the PRIVATE lake. Otherwise, meh.
