Lovely hotel, very upscale "white lotus" atmosphere. amazing service, had an excellent time. One complaint: the cheapest rooms are very small, wish I had upgraded.

This was an amazing property and experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and homemade. We enjoyed the pool daily and the team was very attentive, always ensuring we are well looked after. The turndown service was always a nice surprise as to what local
treat would be left at our beside. We can’t thank Haydn enough for his and his team’s hospitality during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and or any IT Mallorca property. We will be back!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Can Auli. We were able to fully recharge with their hospitality and attention to detail. From breakfast to poolside, we were treated like VIPs. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and a personal note. We will definitely consider returning next year to this beautiful hotel and town in Mallorca.

We loved the contemporary style of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and this applied to reception, waiting staff and housekeeping. The location was perfect, a few minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative would be that the menu was rather limited without much choice for dining in the evening which was a pity as we would have liked to have spent more evenings in the hotel. The food we did have in the hotel was of the best quality and delicious. The gift of sweets was a lovely touch. THANK YOU and Congratulations on an amazing hotel - a secret oasis.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Decoration and amenities top quality and the little touches like homemade sweet treats with turn down were a wonderful touch. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning (when the pool is a little warmer)

LOVED Can Auli. Stunning hotel in a charming little village. Truly a little oasis. Walking distance to the Sunday market and several local restaurants for dinner. Easily drivable to many other towns and local attractions so a great location if you want to check out that part of the island. The staff was very hospitable - Mateo at the front desk was great, alongside the rest of the staff we encountered. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing!!! 10/10 breakfast experience, love the open kitchen concept and everything was delicious. We definitely plan on coming back to Pollença and when we do we can't wait to stay at Can Auli again!

Service was old world amazing… Hotel is very walkable to all shops and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing. Nice pool and massage was excellent. Couple things to know: some of the rooms have STEEP stairs to get to the room and you have to take a taxi to the beach. If renting a car, try to rent a small one. Roads in town are quite narrow.

Apparently management was not made aware of our Expedia VIP upgrade on the reservation, but they honored it anyway. The staff was terrific in every way helping with restaurant reservations, hikes, finding us a seamstress and generally being very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet and each night at turn down we were offered a delicious sweet. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Superb service, all staff were fantastic, however, room was very dark. The almost open plan bathroom/bedroom would not have been great for a romantic trip or having to share with a cycling friend. A little overpriced for the room but can't compliment the staff enough for being so helpful and pleasant during my stay.

Had a great stay here for two nights and loved every moment of it. The professionalism of the staff, check in process and walk through the property was outstanding. The staff went the extra mile in helping us out with working through the language barrier when dealing with a rental car return. They worked with us in resolving the issue, booking tow trucks, ordering taxis etc.
The rooms are finished to an amazing level of style without taking the history out of the building. The rooms are clean, bedding outstanding, and spacious for what we needed.
I would highly recommend staying there- we certainly will again.

The hotel itself was wonderful with a secluded quiet pool area and lovely room.
The issues we had were with the room and checkout. The room itself was located close to reception so we heard every conversation as well as people’s coming and going. It was also located next to a staff room so we’re disturbed every time someone entered or left. Not much of a retreat!
Being a gold member we have a guaranteed 2 hour late checkout which we were going to use visiting the local market. We were kicked out of the room early so had to miss it. A bitter end to an otherwise average stay.

The staff are fantastic, could not do enough for us and we could not have asked for a nicer stay. This is an absolute gem of a hotel right in the middle of Pollensa, just a few minutes walk from the main square. The breakfast and dinner we had there were first class. You will go a very long way to find a better hotel than this. Thanks for a wonderful few days and very much looking forward to seeing you again.
