Rovira Suites is a 5* hotel in my opinion. The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. Every was very modern and I felt right at home. The shower had good pressure and hot water. They even provided new Colgate toothbrushes. The staff was excellent and the ladies at the reception desk went above and beyond to assist in arranging a scooter rental for the day. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff. The included breakfast was great and hit the spot. The rest of their daily menu items are very well priced and the quality of food was good, for what I ordered. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nearby the airport, nice rooms, great food & service, easy bike rental.

Other than the hotel, there are limited dining options within walking distance, other than a couple of small Lechon shacks. This is a very convenient place to stay if you are just transferring to and from the airport in Dumaguete. This is the fifth hotel I’ve stayed in in the last four weeks and it is the best one of them all I would recommend this place to stay. The layout of the hotel, the staff and the services provided have been very well thought out.

We enjoyed our stay at Rovira very much. The staff was wonderful and they were very accommodating to us after our plans for the day fell through due to an illness. Basically, we needed a place to stay until 7:00 pm and their rules are they will charge 200 pesos an hour from noon to 4:00 for a late check out which I found to be very fair. Anything after 4:00 and the full room rate would be charged. After explaining my situation, the manager agrees to charge me the corporate rate for the day which was much cheaper than the regular price. They even went so far to charge me this reduced rate for the previous night when we stayed there. I thought their customer service was outstanding and we will stay there again if/when we return to Dumaguete.

This place checks all the boxes of comfortable place to stay. It is very clean, well appointed furnishings and amenities in the room (fridge, kettle, bar sink etc), comfortable beds and nice bedding/pillows, good functioning air con, windows that open and balcony to allow fresh air, central location, friendly and kind staff, quality breakfast and room service (or pool side), plenty of water on each floor in water dispensers, functioning hot water in the shower, good cable TV options and smart TV for streaming, fast reliable wi fi, the list goes on… nothing was left to be desired. It is clear the staff and ownership clearly cares about its guests. We will stay again when in Dumaguete.

It was the first time I chose this hotel. I am surprised how nice this hotel is. Really great. Room, breakfast, swimming pool, garden..... all great.

This is truly a little gem in Dumaguete, which we believe is underrated, especially after we spend 20 nights there. From a well designed hotel, tasty and affordable meals, to fantastic staff, we will no doubt stay there again during our next visit to Dumaguete.

That was so far the best hotel in Dumaguete that I’ve ever stayed in. I was totally amazed by the ambiance of the hotel. Everything speaks of comfort and luxury.

Second time staying at this property. Staff was excellent and attentive. They even offered to warm up our leftover meals from other restaurants. Very nice service. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property.

This is a well kept property with an awesome, very friendly staff. Pool is very nice, and probably the most important thing i look for is a comfortable bed...which it is. Will definitely stay here again

The location does not have many restaurants in the area. You have to take a motor cab, not taxi, to really get anywhere. Staff was nice but they could use a few more people. The WIFI was horrible. The second day it was unusable. I would stay there again but be ready for a few minor hassles.
