This hotel has a very different vibe and as a baby boomer I'm not sure I was the demographic that they were aiming at. Everything was great though I would not really recommend the food - there are too many better options nearby.

Bed and bedding let the place down - lumpy and only one pillow per person. Slow lifts annoying. Very cool though

We enjoyed the room and location of this hotel… and that’s about it. A few annoyances with a slow check in (their internet system was down and it took over 15 minutes to pay the city tax for our stay), a deafening fire alarm that went off our first night (no communication was offered to guests and we assume there was no actual fire?), and the first night our room was cleaned we came back after a day out to discover our door was left open. There are a lot more options in Lille, wouldn’t recommend this one.

Main issue was the property advertised parking on Expedia but this was not available at check in so had to find public parking 15 min walk away. Rooms are small but functional, clean and quiet. Staff at the bar are friendly but unfortunately not trained in even the simplest of cocktails, so I'd recommend going for drinks elsewhere. City centre is an easy 10 min walk away.

Lovely laid-back easy going hotel just off Lille city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, stylish and very comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and it was a lovely place to kick back and enjoy the eclectic surroundings.

We had such an amazing stay at Moxy! The AC in our room did not work but we were quickly given another room where it did work, and everything was perfect. Staff are very kind and always available within a minute. Everything about this hotel made us feel comfortable and happy. The bed and bathroom are great, and we loved the YouTube options of the television. The location is great as well as it is very close to the city center. Thank you so much for making us feel at home and so well taken care of!

All staff and in particularly Alexis were friendly and helpful. The professionalism and personal attention we received from Alexis was absolutely first rate and will certainly be the reason for our return stay.

The hotel has an imposing appearance overall and is nicely fitted out but the amenities and service, despite the attempt to project the hotel as hip, leave quite a bit to be desired. For one thing, not only is there no coffee maker of any kind in the room, there is not even a water kettle. And when I asked to borrow one I was told they had none. It is one thing, for reasons of overall aesthetics or others, to decide not to equip every room with a kettle, it is quite another to not to keep a few handy just in case they are asked for, and I had to went to the bar every morning to get a glass of hot water à la Oliver Twist. The second day of our stay it started to rain, and I asked to borrow an umbrella on our way out, only to be told that they had none to lend. They did not run out of umbrellas, but just never had any to offer their guests in the event of rain in the first place. We therefore spent our first morning in Lille drenched in the freezing rain while hopping from one cover to another looking for an umbrella to buy. On our check out day my wife bought a postcard, stamped it and requested the hotel to put it in the mail for her, only to be told that it could not be done because they did not know where they could find a mail box. We never asked for any service out of the ordinary at this hotel. Every request we made we had made countless times at other hotels and had been met every single time.

this kind of extremely modern hotel is not so practical, when you arrive it is very difficult to find the hotel parking, they give you a map but it is really difficult to find...our room have a problem in the bathroom and it was necessary to move to another one...the hotel is not so near the tourist points and you feel afraid to walk around

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Moxy, the hotel is in perfect condition and the staff was amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Room and bathroom spotless. Comfy bed. Quiet even though we were close to the balcony overlooking reception. In a good location close to things we wanted to do in Lille.

Wouldn’t stay here again. Hotel facade lovely on the outside but lobby smelled very perfume… very cloying. Parking lot very small and limited spaces. Fitness area had no equipment. Location was convenient. Front desk staff, in particular, one woman, not pleasant to deal with.

Terrible staff service. Some money was taken off my card on arrival - .. with no real explanation, other than l will get it back when l leave. On leaving, it will arrive automatically. Still waiting.
