Nice funky hotel utilising tech savvy from check in , room functionality and check out services. Nice location right between old town and the city centre overlooking lake Geneva.

Recognizing that Citizen M isn’t targeted at my age group (room was decorated like a freshman girl’s dorm), I have the following comments: The shower and toilet are a few feet apart and everything got drenched. The room smelled of cigarette smoke with a strong overlay of disinfectant. The “lake view” we paid extra for was a tiny sliver you almost had to squint to see - not worth it. The main area decor was rather techno-dystopian, but I recognize this may be geared to the under-50 crowd. Breakfast was ok, but quite expensive.

Very small rooms, feels like being on a cruise ship, but the space is so well organized that I did not mind the small square footage. Great hotel with funky/artsy decor, good breakfast, very central, quiet.

This is a unique property, as it’s very high-tech and very efficient! Everything is at the touch of the button. The rooms are small. The bed backs up to the window, but how often are you in the room anyway?! It had everything we needed and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly and responsive! This hotel was in an awesome location! Walkable to everything! We loved it and will definitely stay here again!

Luxury if you are just out of prison as the bedroom is the same size. 2 meters x 5 meters. Width is exactly that of the double bed. I genuinely believe no hotel should be allowed to have such unacceptably small rooms. Unless it is the cheapest in Geneva and you can only afford it, do not not book here. You have been warned

The hotel is very modern and very clean. Although the rooms are small, they are awesome - king size beds, blackout shades, and a rain shower. Strong wifi throughout. The bar and lounge space is casual with a nice variety of seating options. Staff were friendly. We chose a courtyard facing room and there was zero noise at night. Highly recommend!

A great experience at CitizenM hotel. Super location with shops and restaurants right on our door step. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 24 hr food service!! Complete automatic blackout blinds, very nice!! Our room was on the smaller size, which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some travelers. The king size bed was perfectly comfortable but the bed is flush with the window so whom ever is on that side of the bed has to climb over the other person to get out or the other person has to get out of the bed to let you out…… I would stay at a citizensM again

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel close to everything. Only issue we had was the cleaning staff on the day our room was to be clean completely. We believed they forgot to do our room and by 5pm, we contacted the front desk and they had someone go to our room to clean it. However, they did not empty the trash which had 3 days worth of garbage in it nor did they replaced the toilet paper. I had to call the front desk to have someone take the garbage away and bring us toilet paper. Besides this, I highly would recommend this hotel.

Good value, good location in central Geneva - short walk from train station, close to lake front, old town and shopping district. Staff friendly and helpful, room spacious and clean.

Nice hotel but room is too small

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Super fast check-in/out. Very close to the waterfront. Public trans is incredible (as it is in all of Switzerland).

This is one of the best stays I have EVER HAD! I travel often and always, but the stay at this location was EXCEPTIONAL! High-tech and leaps bounds above other hotels!

I really liked the unique decor of this hotel. The lobby was a fun vibe. I really appreciated the free cold water dispenser at the bar. The room and bathroom were very small. If you have large luggage, this may not be the place for you. Another problem we had was that they put our teen children on a different floor from us and we were not able to get to each other’s rooms. The elevator will only take you to your own floor. So we had to take one of their keys to be able to reach their floor. The hotel would only issue a maximum of 2 keys per room. I feel that the employee that helped us check in should have assigned us to the same floor or warned us about this problem. If you are booking more than 1 room, you should know this. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was a nice stay, very central in the city with nice places to eat around within walking distance.

This was the perfect hotel in a great location, we could see a slice of the lake from our window, and Old Town is across the street. Comfortable rooms with everything you need, great rain shower. Highly recommend!

Excellent modern hotel in the heart of Geneva. Very convenient for lake, the old town and central shops and restaurants. Public transport links amazing. Highly recommended.

Loved the hotel, the location was fantastic, the room was small but cute. So what is the problem? Only air conditioning. It was brutal. I didn’t sleep for the two days I was there. I almost grabbed my pillow and slept in the lobby. The staff gave me a fan, but it didn’t do much. I would highly recommend the hotel for any season except summer. Just avoid the hot months at all costs!

Everything up to mark with technology the food at the hotel limited waant the best but tons of restaurants near by to fill the gap. Close to everything great location

The rooms were too small!

Great location and wonderful Staff, had some issues with the media feeds for our stay and went unresolved with little information available.

Room was fine, but rather hard to get in the bed as it went wall to wall, had to climb in the end of the bed. There was no full length mirror in the room, which I really missed. A bit unsure about the I-Pad controls, but seemed to work OK.

Not a lover of modern technology but it works seamlessly in this hotel. Staff very helpful, service with a smile
