Excellent value. This hotel does a lot with a little - despite the compact space and somewhat basic building, the rooms feel luxurious, are perfectly clean, and all of the amenities are first rate. The service was top notch, and the breakfast buffet was surprisingly great.
The location near the main transit station is also a huge benefit. I would highly recommend staying here while on vacation in Kaohsiung. Staff was mostly proficient in English.

Great hotel with new renovation. Provide excellent comp food at second floor and service was superb. Only down side was AC was facing bed so kind of giving us a headache while sleeping.

As hotel guests, we felt very well taken care of. The service was always friendly, attentive and helpful but at the same time discreet. We had a large room, always well cleaned, stocked with water bottles, mineral water and Taiwanese sweets. Very good breakfast which was more like a brunch with a daily choice of fish, chicken and pork to order. Every day HH with wine and buffet with hot and cold snacks. On Saturday, the general manager of the hotel mixed perfect cocktails during HH. The hotel has a very good and central location. Very affordable and with a high level of ambition. Wholeheartedly recommended to anyone who wants the best possible accommodation in Kaoshiung!

We arrived pasted scheduled check'ib time so no need to wait for room. Staffs were friendly and helpful with enquiries. Detailed information on available amenities & guest services were explained clearly during check-in, a sheet with a QR code was provided with the room keys if guest wished to review all these information again.
Although no view from the room but thre was a window with a murat painted wall view. Only complain we had was the aircon vent facing the bed directly. Even with the vent adjusted, the cold air is still blowing in the face when laying in bed.

Room was big and the main parts (bed, pillows, shower) all good.
Hotel ensured AC was maintained making it nice to come home to.
Area around hotel has shops for basics and for my business trip, this hotel was perfect.

Stayed two nights in a queen bed room and was very satisfied with the staff service and the overall experience. The room was clean and spacious for two people. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were good quality and choices. Walking distance to nearby MRT with convenient store right across from the property. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel with super competent staff.
I recommend to attend their complimentary happy hour from 17.30 to 19. For breakfast you get to choose a main dish of great quality, basically like a lunch in a restaurant!

First of all we were impressed at check in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Then we were amazed by the room. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. THEN we were amazed at the all day snacks and happy hour. What a treat. THEN we were really, really amazed at the breakfast.

Amazing boutique hotel who pay attention to small details. Excellent breakfast with individual serving main course as good as 5 star restaurants. Well located in between 2 main station . Staff are well trained n polite. Catherine, Ken n Oscar at the front desk n a few staff at the restaurant are at your service all the time . Congratulations JOHO. We will be back soon .

Value for money. Good service attitude, cleanliness and facility is what makes a pleasant stay. So far the one hotel i come across where the actual room surpasses the photo advertised online. The free flow of snacks and drinks on level 2 is an added bonus.

We are on the 4th night of our 6-night stays. In addition to the food many reviewers have already mentioned, I am particularly impressed by the great services my wife and I have received by all the staff we have encountered so far. They are all very courteous and well-trained. One very professional server Andy, gave us great service at breakfast on our first morning. We just ran into him again during afternoon happy hour and he offered to give me a specially made cocktail which tasted wonderful. We only to find out later that he is the General Manager of the hotel, the big boss himself. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never had such an honor been served by the top guy at the hotel before. Andy and his team have really impressed us and made me look good, because my wife has said more than twice already that she really likes this hotel. Thank you, Andy. Wishing you continue success.

The hotel is very close to metro stations (高雄捷运 and 美丽岛捷运). It's no more than two blocks away from either stations, and the commute time from either station to the airport station is about 35 minutes. The hotel is also very close to 六合夜市, where you can browse around for late night snacks.
The facility is clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel if you are planning a short trip to the city.

you won’t feel the delicacy of the hotel until you check in and start to enjoy their services in detail. The breakfast is cuisine, not just buffet, which is very rare and special. When I tried to ask lemon for my sea food, which they don’t accompany with, they hesitated for a moment since it’s not on menus but provided me anyhow.
