Enjoyed the hotel, the room and friendly staff. Parking a little challenging if bad weather but overall a great experience.

The hotel room was clean, stylish and had great water views. Parking is an issue as there is no onsite parking and drop off area is very congested. There is a great rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing views. They have a DJ which had very loud techno music playing which I felt was probably more suited to a nightclub! Fortunately the volume was turned downed after I saw the restaurant manager ask them too.

The room was lovely, big and clean. Bed comfy and shower fab! The breakfast was amazing!! I shall recommend this hotel to everyone I know!! Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

Great view but first room they put us in had a view of a roof when we said we weren't happy they accommodated us by moving us up a few floors which was much better

A really lovely hotel, the area was good. Loved the free bus at the door and the excellent breakfast. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel & facilities

Hotel was great, reception staff were just so lovely. Belle who checked us in came to our room and gave us an anniversary card and chocolates, which was so nice. Only thing we found not good were the staff at the restaurant. Their attitude was awful. We didn’t realise the kitchen closed at 9pm, we walked in 8.45. The staff were very unfriendly at this and told us we would have to order straight away etc! Seated us without a word, asked if we wanted water and placed it down rushed. We ended up walking out! I let them know we felt very unwelcome.

What made us have an awesome experience was our first line of contact with CHECK in. Radick was just friendly and engaging with what we wanted to experience over our one nights stay over. We live out of town and needed time out with each other. Radick made our experience the best time away from home. Will definitely come back because of his contagous fun happy enthusiasm and the food was jst excellent We didnt need to go anywhere to find good food and a good night out. The roof top bar was awesome...cant wait to go back 😁

Beautiful room with an amazing view. Had yummy cocktails on the 18th floor and breakfast had a great selection to suit everyone. Would love to have had a swim in the heated pool, again with a view but just ran out of time. Location was great being right on Elizabeth Quay with an easy walk to shops & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again,hopefully sooner rather than later and for 2 nights next time.

The Hilton is in an excellent location in Perth and is a very comfortable hotel. A couple of gripes about attention to detail : no remote control for tv , conditioner bottle in bathroom empty , welcome card not changed (not my name on card , someone else’s ) Small issues but when used to many hotel stays these are things you notice. Despite this a very comfortable, clean hotel. Understand that credit card details need to be taken on arrival in case of damage etc but didn’t expect money to be taken from my account immediately. I am still waiting for my refund. Always thought that money was only taken at check out if anything owing or any damage

Rooms were clean, bathroom well stocked. If you are staying early in the week, in house dining, other than room service, is extremely limited.
