The front desk people were very unfriendly and rude.

Great staff. Cleanest can be done better. There was empty liquor bottles behind couch towels and carpet has few stain marks.

The room was beautiful and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Many amenities as pools hot tub, play room, exercise room, etc. Loved watching over the bay with the boats, etc.

The room was very spacious and clean upon arrival. My only complaint would be that the property has gone.Green and housekeeping only comes every other day. We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping never came even when we requested it at the front desk. Other than that it is a lovely property with a great view of the bay.

Cleaning of rooms need a little work and weeds in landscaping

When reviewing available rooms, the top floor ‘pitch’ in the room choice made it seem like it was better than any other floor. The noise from the restaurant above went until 1am, and started again 7am. Chairs running across the floor, thumping of the music, blender. The bathroom shower light would not turn off. Discovered at 11pm, and when calling front desk to report they seemed indifferent to the issue. It wouldn’t have been an issue if we could have closed the bathroom door to hide light, but the door to bathroom was frosted glass. The bright LED light permeated and flooded room and would have made it almost impossible to sleep. Once the bathroom light was unplugged it was discovered the bathroom ceiling was in the process of being repaired due to leak. Raw plaster and also brownish red marks looking like blood stains. We were offered another room, going from king to queen. The room change was not accepted in time so they gave it to someone else, and in turn texted making it seem like they were doing us a huge favor and offered us complementary breakfast. Overall very disappointing experience when we were just looking for a peaceful weekend away with family.

3rd time ive stayed at Cambria. Rooftop Restaurant Spain is awesome. Boardwalk shops and pubs are within close walking distance

Hotel was amazing. It was clean and nicely maintained. The service was friendly and fast. We had an issue with the safe and they sent someone within minutes. My only complaint is the elevator. There were 2 for eight floors and a rooftop restaurant/bar... that was busy. We had to wait in a line to get on. Most times we opted for the stairs from the 3rd floor (except the times we had the wagon). All in all, nice experience

I like the atmosphere, definitely family friendly. Elevators were slow but other than that great place to stay!

The hotel offered a great atmosphere with amenities. Booking through a third party was a little issue with room category definitions (3rd floor which is the 2nd floor of rooms is considered “upper floor” in this 8floor building) The staff including concierge did not greet us and sometimes not even a reply after we spoke to them Common use bathrooms weren’t kept clean nor stocked. I could hear activity in other rooms through the exhaust fan and vent Light system is unnecessary in my opinion and creates an additional step for travelers to turn on lights. The outdoor pool is shaded by the building is ice cold. The bay front view was wonderful and the hotel location is far enough away from boardwalk but close enough to enjoy it if you wish. Depending on travel purpose I may or may not return, beds were comfy and room temp was best I’ve experienced in a hotel but I have found easier travel and amenities at other hotels for a lower cost Resort fees are not explained

Great place to stay with just two minor caveats. The stay on floor 7 is somewhat affected by the noise coming from the restaurant on the 8th floor, especially at night. The other thing to mention is that they do not offer housekeeping daily. Fresh towels are offered if requested.

Hotel was fairly clean, smelled nice, staff was friendly and helpful. View was great, we saw dolphins swimming in the morning almost every morning right from our balcony. We ate at the hotel cafe (the view) the first night, even though they were closing they still sat and served us. The waitress was so friendly, made conversation with my kids etc and the food was good despite it being so late. The beach, boardwalk, and certain popular attractions were just a few minutes walk away. My two complaints are that the hotel seems to be in an area that floods nightly with the high tide, making the parking lot difficult to get to without driving through pretty deep water. The other complaint was our bathroom door. It was stuck open, necessitating the maintenance staff completely taking it off the tracks to fix it. After they fixed it the door was difficult at times to open and close and would occasionally make a squealing noise. We weren’t in the room much except to sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

This is great hotel that I would highly recommend. The location and ocean view in the rooms are both fantastic. There’s plenty of outdoor seating available and great gym if decide to workout. Breakfast is not complimentary but there are great options and the food is good. My only complaint would be that the elevators are full much of the day and sometimes the wait is long. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with great views from the balcony or when laying poolside or when sitting at the bar. Comfortable bed , lovely and very spacious room. Amenities were wonderful. My only complaint is no housekeeping unless you spend three nights. At 600 bucks a night I would have liked my trash emptied or maybe some tidying. But that’s all. Everything was wonderful and fun to walk to everything. We will be back.

We loved the place, it was wonderful, and the restaurants the best! There are a few things we didn't like about, ingot locked in the bathroom twice, the second time , my daughter had to call the lobby and when they showed up about 20 min later, we got late for dinner, we didn't have a dresser which I found that odd. Only 2 elevators for the whole place its kind of ridiculous, for all the guests and 2 really nice restaurants. Information its not to clear about breakfast, we missed it for the 2 morning's we were there, and coffe machine is really horrible!. Place and staff are very nice and polite, place very clean, room was very pretty and we had a lovely view. Will come back though.

Stay was Excellent great bay view room. Only concern was that the elevator was really slow.. But still a great place to stay. Will be back again..

I have stayed in Cambria before and other locations, so I wanted to try this one out. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. I did run into an issue,( won’t mention what it was) but it was handled very professionally by Patrice and the general manager Ray. Because of how the issue was handled, I would look forward to staying again. I travel a lot and I must say that I was impressed with their customer service. I must say as well the rooftop restaurant, Spain, was spectacular. Hoping to return soon.

I was here at the grand opening and have been coming back ever since my favorite hotel in Ocean City.

My family had 3 suites for our stay here. They were spacious, clean, and attentive to any needs we presented. We ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel every morning, and it never disappointed. We walked to the beach/boardwalk from the hotel numerous times each day, it was an easy walk. Definitely look forward to returning, would not even consider another hotel with how awesome our stay was here. Cannot beat the views either!

Our room was wonderful! The only complaint I have is there should’ve been two bartenders attending to the customers at the bar in the lobby on a Sunday night. The woman bartender was overwhelmed and sometimes on the rude side with her demeanor serving drinks.
