They charge $19 a week for internet. You can only hook up one device for free. And it constantly goes out. The front desk lady that works 1st shifts doesn’t let you extend your stay she checks you out and charges you another deposit. Has told us several times to book directly through them and avoid hotels.com

The attendant that checked me in waived the pets fees due to the threat of fires that made us stay in the hotel. That gentleman was the nicest employee, the manager on the other hand found out that we had a cat and kicked us out that same night. Terrible way of doing business during a state of emergency.

Didn’t stay, the full kitchen was only usable if you bought the pans and utensils ( to what throw them away after? . Also did not disclose the deposit required. Shane uses my points and they were never refunded.

This property was the worst. As soon as I opened the door and turned on the lights cockaroaches came out and were all over the floor. Saw at least 4 in the first 10 seconds of stepping foot in the room.

My second stay was much better than my first, room was clean, all that was in the room for me was there to be used and I would like to thank the kindness of Latrice, one of the employees for treating me with kindness and respect and whenever I needed help she helped a great deal and for Mr. JP for his politeness, saying hello whenever he came into work and even when I was checking out a homelessman came in asking everyone for water and he threw him out to not bother other customers staying here. Thank you for the stay, you will see me again soon.

I decided to stay in this hotel for a wedding. I booked it about a month before the wedding requesting a room with two beds. Finally at arrival when I spoke to the front desk person told me they had no rooms available for me. I had my wife and kids with me so as you Can Imagine I had to find another place as an emergency. Everything was booked with the exception of One bed, one bedroom at the Hilton next-door. Which by the way, I have not gotten my money back for it so I will make a formal complaint about it because they said that’s the least they could do to return my money. Worst experience ever in this hotel.

It’s a well kept place and feels safe doesn’t feel like a motel 6 where any one could just go to your door room they need a keycard to get in the elevator

We were issued a room when we first checked in but we couldn’t access the room because the door wouldn’t open. We went downstairs to let the receptionist know. They issued another room to us and the same thing happened. Then come to find out the key fob weren’t working but they didn’t tell us that until afterwards. I was fed up of going up and downstairs that we left. We asked for a refund and left.

The general manager JP was on site today and as we were waiting for our room he was very delightful and friendly. He was very nice and talkative and made waiting for our room quick. I would definitely be coming back when I’m in this area.

Vending machines and first floor bathroom was out of order. Prior visits to other sites had paper towels, Kleenex, dishwasher soap, cookware and eating utensils available in the room without request or purchase. Overall it was an okay stay

They’ve got a bunch of less fortunate people living in this hotel. I get it. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to keep a roof over your head and especially with kids. Place is full of families living in there. People begging for money down in the lobby. Weed smoke filled the lower floor. The lady running the front desk had to keep spraying a room deodorizer to try and keep the smell down.

We chose this hotel because the pictures look good and the price was cheap. But when we got there, the place did not live up to the pictures. It's in the bad area , Like it was 30 years old and they said the place of his built three years ago. They're were burn marks in the tile in the bathroom,burn marks in the in the room like people had been smoking and doing drugs inside the room. It's just a bad hotel would not stay there ever again.

Customer service front counter was great I had a wonderful stay. I had my service teeny tiny animal and there was never any problems that I sometimes encounter as a travel nurse with a service chihuahua. For that alone AAA++++Would come again 100% rooms were clean and amazing.

The area doesn’t seem safe. The cleaning solution used for the floors had a strong smell that didn’t go away. There were roaches in the bedrooms. Very loud. Next to the freeway and train.

The first night was ok but on the second night, beginning from about 2pm until about 3am next day a child was heard running and stomping the entire time. It was the room right above ours and I didn’t want to report due to them knowing and coming down to confront me. Was not happy!

The place had cockroaches. No iron in the room. Only 2 on the site. Never was able to use it

I was on the first floor and the room on top of mine kepted stomping around all night until like 10pm. I went to the front office to have them take care of it but it kepted going

Called on 02/03/24 prior to reserving the room to ensure they don’t charge a deposit since the website was stating that they don’t charge a deposit and when I get there, they were charging me the deposit and manager was rude and unprofessional and didn’t want to give me my refund.

The receptionist Latrise was so wonderful and great she made our stay so wonderful under our unfortunate circumstance. We really appreciated her and enjoyed our stay there.

Not crowded, quiet, the staff is very friendly, parking is free, only issues I had were the wifi was awful unless you paid extra and there was no free breakfast. If there was, and I didn’t see it, then it must’ve been the kind where they give you an apple and a water in a bag. Besides that, awesome hotel to stay in.
