This hotel has exceeded my expectations, despite these have been really high! The staff are excellent, polite, professional and helpful. I got a free late checkout until 1:30pm. The room was impeccable. I had the cheapest one, and yet it was huge. The bathroom is a masterpiece, with a bathtub and even complimentary bath salts. The bed was comfy. There were good coffee capsules. The breakfast was at an additional charge, and I enjoyed. The gym was quiet and clean. The area the hotel is located is best in Warsaw. Also, despite it's not here most expensive hotel in town, it's the most stylish one. Aesthetics is important for me. Other more expensive hotels have outdated style, and Nobu's design is a masterpiece.

Great hotel in a convenient location. I really liked the bedroom, as it felt airy and bright with an extremely comfy bed, good air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was also excellent with a nice walk-in shower, Natura Bisse products and cosy bathrobes and slippers. The only thing lacking was a welcoming lobby/lounge for hotel guests - there was simply the restaurant and bar, so the public areas didn't have any atmosphere.

This hotel made our stay in Warsaw an absolutely amazing experience. I've never felt a more clean, modern and polished room experience than this. The location is NOT in the city center, which I think is a good thing. There were many great restaurants and bars in this area of the city that felt like a more local experience than the old town. Everything at the hotel is top quality from the lights to the scents.

Absolutely fantastic, exactly how it was supposed to be just like every time we stay at this establishment. Well managed and extremely good staff with a high level of standards at all times not 1 fault.

This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Warsaw, just 10 minutes walk to central station. The room had the best stocked mini-bar of any hotel I've stayed in and the staff were fantastic. My only (very minor) issue was that the room I was in did not have an internal lock/chain, which as a solo female traveller is something I like to see! Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I missed out on the famous Nobu bar due to my travel dates (it's closed Sun & Mon), but the hotel restaurant served a beautiful breakfast with helpful and very attentive staff.

The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel and is served in the hotel’s own Michelin restaurant. The rooms and halls are elegantly contemporary, spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was nice, but I would recommend staying in the non-classic side of the hotel because there is a new side and an old side. I was expecting some sort of wow effect, but it was pretty standard. I enjoyed my stay at the Puro more.

The Property is good and the Classic Rooms large. But minor items such as the coffee cups are not the right size for the room coffee machines and there are no sake cups in the sake bar. Minor items but items that need attention.

Positive feedback from very early check-in, but not happy with the housekeeping services: it took ten hour and three requests to get an extra duvet. This is not what you would expect from a five star hotel.

staff was not attentive, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for somebody to come and turn the sauna on, after we requested it multiple times. We booked spa time (which we thought would have included a proper spa), but they only have a sauna and they took for granted we would have wanted a 90 minutes deep tissue massage (which we never mentioned), Food was really good, but general hotel service is more like a 3 stars rather than 5.

Unfortunately Nobu Hotel Warsaw was disappointment and cannot be compared to my previous stays in other Nobu Hotels.
Even thou I had a suite, the room was already missing pieces from doors, overall ventilation was bad and the room was missing the "premium" feeling.
Service was like in any other 3 star hotel in Warsaw, and for example breakfast (That normally is topnotch in Nobu Hotels) was server cold and waitress collected dished immediately when you didn't hold them in your hands.

What makes a five star hotel experience? Things are very nice, rooms (stayed in 411) and design
is modern quality. But it just doesn’t have that something that makes it memorable apart from the evening wibe of the restaurant. That on the other hand adds a wibe of sophistication pleasure and activity. That combination is a winning formula that lift the place to a different level. Without it just nice.

As a hotels.com gold member, a room upgrade was offered by the hotel, so was the Late Check Out. We also got two free cocktails from the trendy hotel bar. Hotel is very modern with very comfortable bed (form mattress?) Really enjoyed my stay here. If I were to return to warsaw I'd stay here again.

Brand new ultra clean hotel with a fashionable clientele. Beautiful design highlighting Japanease minimalism in the new wing and Polish art deco in the classic wing.
Small well designed gym om top floor and happening vibe in bar and restaurant. Bespoke delicious coctails.
Spotty service at the front deak and restaurant but cleaning staff if very nice and thourough.
Central location in a walking neighborhood.
