Great hostel, good location for exploring Copenhagen. Only draw back was size of kitchen, way too small for hostel size.

Fab location easy walk 5 mins to station 5 mins to central city centre by dot.trains. property staff greet clean quiet. In heat bring a fan as rooms stayed hot

Lovely 3 night stay with breakfast included. Staff were welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Good facilities and well maintained rooms and common areas. An hrs walk or 20min cycle from the centre but also close to an underground station. Can recommend this hostel for your stay in Copenhagen.

The cleaning of the room was not up to par! Dirt in corners and under the bed - wireframes of bed soiled - we were told the site had parking but not that we had to pre-book.

The property is dirty. Bathroom has blobs on hair on the towel heater. Our window instead of opening a bit opened all the way we felt terribly unsafe with a 6 year old. Sink wouldn’t drain felt disgusted. I have photos for all of this. I use Expedia many times and am always satisfied but this hotel/hostel is so so dirty.

First day they did not provide parking and we had to pay premium price at another place. Other than that- great place!

I like how close it was to the bus and train, also that was secure with the cards, the recicle, the facilities (common areas, laundry, kitchen and food service too. I didn’t like the odor in the kitchen, also we asked for hand soap (cause it ran out) and the personnel told us they bring it up, but didn’t.

Not in the center but near by, also near by the trainstation. Simple but 3 star hotel with everything what you need. All this for TOP price in Copenhagen. Just when you want king size bed is difficult.

Staff was Nice. Unfortunately rooms were not clean at all. Toilet was disgusting. Walls and mirrors had grease on Them. We were 3 and only 2 beds were made. We found food trash in one of the beds

We’ve stayed here a couple of times..it’s a 15min walk back into Sluseholmen where our son lives and 2min walk to rail station to get into centre of Copenhagen. A couple of lovely close by cafes. In my view it’s an up market Hostel type hotel. Both times we’ve stayed in a family quad room (as it was cheaper than a double). We’ve stayed in summer & winter and both times the room was a comfortable temp although if it’s really hot there is no aircon or ceiling fan. There’s a wall tv but only Danish stations, sometime BBC news. The towels and bedding are white, clean and lovely. There’s shower gel etc & hairdryer. Both times we’ve not had noisy neighbours :). You can pay for breakfast, it’s self service, mostly continental..plus boiled eggs, toast, freshly baked rolls and pancakes. Approx £12 pp. We like it there but we only use it for sleeping in as we spend daytime at our son’s place :) It’s a good price, clean, tidy & comfortable -quick check in - and a bar to buy drinks/food at reasonable prices ..what’s not to like :)

Probably most unpleasant stay I've had in years. Hotel is advertised with parking at the spot towards 120dkk/day. Prior to the trip messages poured in offering everything from early check-in to meals to car rentals to booking attractions in the city. Not a mention about parking. Upon arrival we are met with the news that hotel has 10-15 parking spots which are all taken and alternative parking for 170dkk is offered. Alternative (while APCOE lot) has no security and there we are met with some homeless releaving themselves behind the cars. Message prior to the trip states that online check-in form will be provided ( it is not ). The screens for fast self-checkin at the hotel are not working. Front desk is painfully slow. We fill out some paper forms. Information explicitly marked as not required for scandinavian citizens is required and after some back and forth we manage to check in. We take the only elevator in the hotel after some waiting and there are cables sticking out of elevator wall. Room is dirty. Window sils have stripes of mud. Drain cap in the sink is removed or broken just laying there mid-sink. Shower tiles are cracked and dirty with some hint of mold in the corners. Hot water takes ages to come, but all in all shower works. Cheapest see-through sheets are used on the hard foam mattress, but bed is somewhat functional and beddings clean. Elevator is broken on our way down so we take stairs. It's one of cheapest options in Copenhagen and it shows.

Everything was bad except the price. The room was dirty. Mattress was too hard. When I was in the room, a staff suddenly used her keycard to enter my room even if "Do not disturb" was placed on the door. Terrible experience.

The stay was nice. The accommodation is not in the city center and this has to be taken into account before booking. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and we received a large room with four beds instead of a small room with one double bed. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Good, simple hostel, clean minimal rooms. No issues. Small wait at reception/bar because sometimes only one person is doing the administrative stuff and running the bar.

They staff wasn't very welcoming... and the check-in took a long time

Once we found it the hostel was great. But so difficult to find. It’s in the middle of a block of tall buildings, signs for the hostel are only at head- height and only seen when you get right up to the building. Signage could be put higher up the building. Very relaxed atmosphere at hostel, staff lovely, helpful. I loved the bedroom furniture, very efficient and useful with lots of places to put things. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Could have been more notices in the cooking/dining area as to where to get cups, cooking pans etc. Really enjoyed our stay, I would recommend

It took about 30 minutes to check in, because there was only one person there and she spent a good 15 minutes making a single drink while three people waited in the check-in line. The person ahead of me in line was actually there mainly to negotiate for more toilet paper, which was somewhat unsettling. But after check-in, everything was smooth and as expected. The staff at the bar were generally friendly, which is good, but maybe not super ideal for a quick check-in when there is only one of them.

Children loved the bunk beds.

I compact hotel in the middle of nowhere. Limited car parking. Room was small but adequate.
