Obviously newly and nicely done up. The downstairs bar has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Nice place to stay.

Upon arrival was ordered to sit at a table and they will collect our order...but we were there to check in! Room was cold on arrival, bathroom floor dangerously slippery as left wet, glasses were gritty and dirty, and there were no bags in the bin. Day two they didn't check the room, empty the already over-full bin and stock up our tea and coffee supplies. Staff also didnt tell us what time meals were, and it turns out they don't even do breakfast! Went for a meal on the second night which was poor. Grilled food was over done, chicken salad was served in a risotto bowl (so I couldn't cut the dry chicken without tipping the bowl) then less than 5 minutes after finishing the meal we asked for a dessert and the kitchen refused. All in all I would not recommend this place to anyone and will certainly never return here.

Perfect stay for work safe and very quiet location. Food and service excellent and the room was spotless and very comfy bed. Staff perfect just what we needed after a long day at work

I booked and paid two rooms for two nights, on arrival I was told that there was a problem as they don’t have an account with Expedia and that meant that they can’t get paid from hotels.com. They said that I would have to pay them again and try to get my money back from Hotels.com!!! I spent two hours going around in circles trying to contact Hotels.com and in the end had to pay again. In the end it took two months to get my money back.

We had an amazing stay at Tap Haus Mansfield. The staff were friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay and the breakfasts are incredible.

The staff were really friendly and helpful in sorting out a problem with the lock on room 2 that I stayed in just for one night.The pizza and beer was really good although there was a bit of a wait for the food.It was real shame about the poor breakfast on offer being only a continental option of cereal, croissants and yogurt in your room. Nowhere on the listing does it state that they only offer this option which spoilt the stay.

Greeting was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy with room and bathroom layout. Bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice and the rooms we had seemed clean. The breakfast selection was ok for us as we are happy enough with cereals, fruit, yoghurt and flapjacks, but what really let it down was the crockery was dirty and dusty so we had to rinse bowls in the bathroom sink to use them. Kind of puts you off eating anything. The room doors don’t have a magnet to keep them open so it’s really awkward bringing everyone’s breakfasts into the room and eating in bed. I think it would be far better to section off an area of the restaurant downstairs for breakfasts and have everything you need clean and laid out nicely down there. The nights sleep wasn’t great as other guests were coming up drunk after the pub shut and you can hear everything.

Overall it wasn’t to bad the staff were friendly but couldn’t find my booking was told breakfast was provided when made the booking but actually there breakfast is what is available on the shelving unit in the corridor there was no milk available. The room was good nice and spacious but wasn’t very clean ideal place for a quick sleep but not much other than that unfortunately.

Check-in was delayed as had to wait for the Chef to come out of the kitchen to complete it and was unable to print a receipt. The TV remote was missing (was replaced on request). The WiFi never worked. Despite having a restaurant breakfast is self service at the end of the corridor, only cereral, fruit and youart available. Room was fine and clean and the AC was welcome.

This is not a hotel. It is a popular bar with rooms above it. There are no dedicated hotel staff, you just have to grab one of the bar staff. Door didnt lock so had to change room and on the second evening a guy holding a drink just wandered into my room as he knew the key code. Asked the bar manager if it was ok to check out as felt the rooms werent secure which she was happy with but my money was not returned.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Good food and great beer. Only stopped for one night for work but was made to feel very welcome. Nice breakfast and comfortable room. Will certainly return.

Friendly staff, breakfast delivered to our room, nice comfy room, they adhered to COVID rules really well. Had dinner in the restaurant - nice food, very busy so quite loud. Would stay again.

Nice warm room. Dark when I arrived and left, so no idea about the surroundins or view. Although I believe it is next to open country.Food great. Especially the pizza. Even with covid restrictions it was a pleasant stay.
