There was a sliver of glass on the bathroom floor that i stepped on and had to dig out of my foot in the middle of the night. other than that would return

I received an invoice showing a balance due of $10 for a hotel fee. We were then told, if we signed up for their rewards program that we would not have to pay that fee. The gentleman said that it was excepted and qould not be required to pay that fee. We received a bill for more then even the $10. Disappointed after after spending $178/night plus fees. And now! We're expected to pay even more in fees. There are plenty of other hotel chains. I like truth in advertising. There's no need for any additional fees. We didn't even have them clean the room between the 2 night stay.

We loved the beautiful rooms, super spacious and clean. The parking was a little bit challenging, not too many spaces available to park

Very clean and maintained. I tried to post what I saw across the river so I will revise it and say the activity across the river made me uncomfortable.

This hotel was TERRIBLE. Dont believe the good ratings, they aren’t real. The elevator has been out for awhile. We had to make several trips in the filthy and smelly stairwell to get our belongings to our room. The hotel is filthy, the carpet is torn, the toilet above us leaked on us and the tub took a long time to drain.

Mostly great. Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed. There was a little bit of a funky odor when I first came in, but I guess I got used to it. And I wish you could set the thermostat to lower than 65. I hate when the AC goes off and on all night. I would stay here again. 😊

Front desk gal who checked us in was friendly and gave us an upgrade. The room was beautiful, large, and clean. There was a river out the back with a deck and two chairs. Very nice place! Bed was comfy too!

The shower and sink did not drain properly. The floors were not vacuumed and trash under head board. We go to Durango every year and spent more money on hotel but was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of hotel room.

Great central location and very secure place - complete with a parking garage under the hotel - with passkey triggered garage doors. The staff were wonderful & welcoming.
The two things I didn't care for were the breakfast - it looked like indigestion waiting to happen; and the pillows were not very comfortable.
If I stay again, I'll bring my own pillow - and my workout & swim suit. The indoor pool and fitness room looked out over the river - very cool setting for this hotel!

Great place to stay in Durango. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Downtown and along the river. Beautiful. Clean, spacious and updated rooms. Great breakfast service. The enclosed basement garage is great on those cold Colorado mornings. Already planning to go back!
