Great location central Hobart, close to restaurants, cool / funky shops. Carpark extra but convenient.

Good budget hotel - good for what it is Pros: Room was huge, fully stocked kitchenette, laundry in the basement was handy (payable by tapping your credit card so no need to get change), walkable to Salamanca market and the Tasmanian museum and gallery Cons: Reception has short hours so you may need to call them from the phone at the desk if they're not there, not a fancy spot so some things lack unfinishes (unpainted ceilings in bedrooms)

The property is centrally located and well connected. The bathroom needs some attention. Water from shower area comes into the main area of the bathroom as the glass wall is not long enough to keep the two areas separate. Another problem is with the slope of the wash basin as the water always trickle down to the ground. The small dishwasher needs some repair / replacements.

We arrived tired from driving, to find out that there wasn't a parking space for us. The gentleman at reception could not have been more helpful, and he made sure we knew where to park until a space became available. The whole stay was excellent, convenient for dining and sightseeing, and very comfortable.

Convenient central location. Studio apartment was roomy enough but lacked character. A good city view. There was a slightly unpleasant odour that you stopped noticing after a while. The cheap inbuilt furniture is starting to show its age. The windows needed cleaning. Daily servicing was minimalistic. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Was close to city, plenty of dining options. Walking distance to most things.

An awesome stay, really liked the kitchen facilities in the room, allowed me to handle breakfast and dinner and not eat at restaurants everyday. Nestled right in the middle of the city, easy walking access to the mall and waterfront.

Clean, tidy, roomy and centrally located. Easy walking distance to the harbour, botanic gardens, Salamanca Markets etc. Happily recommend.

It was nice and quiet but the room was a little warm.

Central location. We got a disability friendly apartment which is good to know that they have. They could leave a dish cleaning scrubber and dish wash liquid in a small bottle to make it easier to do a few dishes. Guest laundry should be free to use, definitely not $6 for each appliance. Taste of Malaysia restaurant in the ground floor serves excellent food and handy to have.

Like the kitchen, @ availability to shops etc. toaster had to be replaced as broken @ melted.

We had a very clean and quite apt and would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the city for a few day

It was good but sometimes noisy with doors slamming shut and overlooked laneway so people there early hours of morning. Staff were very friendly and good Malaysian restaurant just outside hotel door. Huge rooms so overall pretty good.

I liked because it was in the city and we didn't need to rent a car to go around hobart because the pablic transport was axecible at all time. But the apartment wasent exactly what i expected or what i saw on the pictures. There was not enough space around the room, the toilet door would not close, they didn't clean up the room as they said it was very dusty and the carpet was very dirty and didn't get clean during the time we were there, they didn't have any equipment to clean the room ourselves.

This property is well-situated in downtown Hobart. East walk to the pier and to the Visitor's Centre, close to lots of shopping and groceries. Lots of great cafes too. There is a Banjo's Bakery right across the street for early coffee. Kitchenette has the very basics for 2 people, but no oven. Not a big deal for us. There is a microwave and 2-buner stovetop.

The site pictures were misleading - the studio we were allocated was nothing like what was advertised - disappointing

management were excellent. need to do some maintenance with the rooms. chipped glassware and reading light did not work.

Good size bed room for 3 adults. Very good location. Friendly receptionists and they extended our check out until 11am which was nice.

The hotel is strategic and conveniently located in central CBD area. With departmental stores, bakery and supermarket within 2-5 minutes walk. The housekeeping staffs have done a good job in maintaining cleanliness of the room by cleaning your room daily during your stay. Downside is that it can be quite noisy for the lower floor rooms guests. The doors of the rooms are not designed to be closed quietly when guests closed the doors slam shut. My room was located just opposite another hotel with open parking areas whereby rowdy guests or passer-by loiter at the carpark area during evening or night time. If you are renting a car, please inform the hotel reception way beforehand to reserve a "paid" parking lot for you as they have limited parking spaces for guests. Lastly, I would recommend that they increase the number of washing machines and dryers for guests as there are only two washing machines and two dryers for all the guests staying in the hotel. It is not enough and I have encountered rude hotel guests who took my clean clothes out without my permission to dry their own clothes.

Great location. We were at the centre of everything we wanted or needed. Friendly staff and reasonable cleaning. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was clean,modern and spacious and love. Location was in middle of everything like shopping, restaurants and proximity to most tours and bus and wharf.
