Our stay at Sleep Inn was great. It was one of the nicer motels we have stayed at for the money. Up to date, clean, lots of outlets,
and charging ports. Many amenities in the room, comfortable beds and overstuffed chair. Nice bathroom with a large shower, really nice breakfast included. Our little dog, Rudy, says thanks for letting him stay at no additional cost to his momma!

The room and continental breakfast were great, as expected, thanks! There was one very important safety issue, though. The tub/shower was an accident waiting to happen with no grab bars, non-slip strips nor tub mats. The shower curtain couldn't have prevented a fall.

We were denied our stay since we would not provide personal details of our reason for being in Durango. This was a blatant attempt at an invasion of privacy.

Staff was great. Room is spacious and very clean. Everything you need from utensils to cleaning items in kitchen and bathroom. Outside very well lit for after dark safety

Hotel was a little out of town but it was 10 minutes by car into Durango. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Food was well presented with a good variety available. Happy with the hotel, I’d use again👍

Tv didn't work, a/c was very poor, never got to 72 degrees, and no coffee at complimentary breakfast. No staff present at 8:00.

Several outlets were inoperable. The mirror light in the bathroom worked like a strobe light. The dead bolt lock would not lock. When I notified the desk that I considered it a severe security risk, they didn’t seem to think it mattered as long as the door was locked and required a card to open it. Everyone knows how easy it is to get a card that works. That’s why doors also have dead bolt locks. I was there 2 nights. The situation was never addressed.

One of the nicest hotels at this price point that I have been in in a long time. Close to the Durango Silverton Train which is why we were here. Great breakfast and staff. Bed was a little uncomfortable but rooms was immaculate!

The hotel was just fine. When we checked in there was lots of confusion with customers in front of us. That make me a little nervous, but worked out fine for me. It had everything that was promised. Pool fine), hot tub (lots of floating ick), workout room (elliptical, rowing machine, incumbent bike, weights), and breakfast (some hot items with a good variety of continental choices and employee working breakfast was very friendly).
It was new and clean . Ice machines were broken when we got there but were fixed quickly.

Cable TV only had about 50 channels. Motel 6 has a couple of hundred. Otherwise excellent. Loved making waffles in the morning. My wife never does.

I left my apple AirPods Pro. I can back to our room and the young lady said there were no air pods found. Then pointed me to two others working on a different room. When I asked them about the AirPods they played dumb and lied about seeing them. I used my app to track them and found them in a different room with some other items. Cleaning staff cannot be trusted. Will never stay there again, but not because of the other staff, facilities, or anything related to cleanliness or the property.

I would have given this a higher rating but:
Pros: very comfortable bed and quiet room. Cons: 1elevator for a large hotel. 5 miles from downtown Durango. And the absolute worse continental breakfast. Most continental breakfasts aren’t great but this was the worst. Super salty eggs, limp fatty bacon, Cheerios or fruit loops as the cereal. It just was bad. So if you are just passing through and don’t care about Darango and only drink coffee, this is your place.
