At check in I felt rushed and like my concerns weren’t being considered. The beds were too soft to be comfortable, unsupportive. The room was still lit up a bit at night, needs improvement with black out blinds or curtains. Main disappointment was the rooms do not include a microwave…! Most people expect to take leftovers back to their rooms after dinner etc, or to be able to heat up a drink or something. Glad they had Starbucks coffee available in the lobby, but wished they would also provide that brand directly in the rooms with the coffee machine. Lighting in the rooms was decent, nice mirror light feature in the washrooms.

On our second night room service was not available. Apparently the chef called in sick. Couldn’t even have a virgin Caesar made.
All the cleaning people were always on their phones.

Very nice hotel, included breakfast. Cleanest hotel Ive stayed in. Would recommend. Parking was a bit worrisome, given the area,but they had their own parking. Didn't see anybody loitering around which was nice.

Beautiful facility in an area that is being upgraded and cleaned up currently there is still a number of homeless in the immediate area. It will get better.

There seems to be a homeless shelter next door and we had to leave quite a bit of our belongings in the truck but the parking lot had security and the hotel desk said they would also keep an eye on our vehicle. Everything was all good, good price and breakfast included was perfect.

Love staying at the hotel, attendant is very nice. For sure will be back there next year . For our convention.

This is a great hotel. Superb breakfast and has its own pool or , if you want more than a hotel pool, right next door to the Canfor Swimming Pool. We walked to some excellent shops and restaurants!

Bathroom very good, beds good,no microwave,tiny fridge,short closet (dress hung out the closet), adequate clothing storage. Breakfast decent, but same everyday. Need more luggage carts

Lots of homeless people around the hotel. Was there for 5 days only had room service once, even after asking for it and being told absolutely, never got any more. Toilet paper never replaced, garbage found from previous people on night stands. Pool was rather small and lacking. Very friendly staff though and breakfast was great. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean just wishing the rooms got cleaned a little more often and amenities were restocked.

Very friendly staff. There was a bad smell on the 5th floor that affected the hallway and both rooms we stayed in. The floor was dirty, as were the towels we were given. Some still had make-up stains on them

Not very good parking, but great security for parking so it’s a balance. Wasn’t a fan of the neighborhood, but everything else made up for the scary scenery. Great food, great atmosphere and amazing hosts :)

Staff are excellent.
This is a downtown hotel and many reviewers comment about the number of indigents in the area. There is no doubt that Prince George is struggling to reinvent itself, and like all cities has a number of individuals struggling with homelessness, mental health and addictions issues. But in our experience, these individuals keep to themselves and are for the most part harmless. We offered several food which was greatfully accepted.

It's a modern, well maintained facility. Gym is good to very good. I had the kitchenette suite which is very appreciated. There is a small, pleasant pool. For those with EVs there are 2 Tesla Destination chargers, although often blocked by other vehicles. Staff were helpful.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Love the free breakfast. The only thing I don’t like about this hotel is that there is no hot tub. They only have a very small pool.

It's weird to walk ;into such a nice hotel and have dogs trot in, there was a large pile of dog poop outside your front door in the rocks, it was still there when we left. Irresponsible dog owners! Then this morning we were awoken by barking dogs! We will not be staying there again with all of the barking, hair and dog poop. The staff and employees were extremely helping with us, so that much was great! Thanks!
