Excellent property with lovely surrounds. Very quiet area

He had a very nice stay. The apartment was very close to the lake and the ropecar and pirate ship ride.

It is a great quiet well maintained area. If you are visiting on a Tuesday be mindful that all walking distance food options will be closed. The couch in our villa did seem a bit worn out which was a disappointment to us.

A very lovely location! Had all necessary amenities and was extremely clean and cozy. Conveniently located next to the trail leading to the gorgeous local shrines and the sky tram. Extra points for the bus stop being right outside the Villa! :) would 100% definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our time at Villa Hakone Stage. We used this place as a base for exploring Mt. Fuji and Hakone area, and we loved this apartment and the location. It is a very modern property with all the amenities and just walking distance from Hakone Ropeway. Given the location, it will be easier for you to access this property if you travel in your own vehicle (rather than relying on public transportation).

we loved our stay at Villa Hakone stage. It was right on the water and a few minutes walk from the ropeway and boat station. if there's wind both are cancelled and then a bus is needed. the villa is clean and very nice fits 6 people comfortably. no convenience store close by so you need to plan ahead.

Great and spacious apartment, very well located. Fair price. We couldn’t stay longer because it was completely booked. Our unit was in the upper floor with a steep flight of stairs to get in - not a problem for us but just mentioning for people with mobility issues. On the other hand we had a beautiful view on a tree with fall colors from the living room!

Kitchen had barely any prep counter; no dining table & seating in kitchen.

We loved everything about this place except that we couldn’t stay longer. We were so impressed with how comfortable and clean it was. The layout is roomy and there’s a place for everything. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

Guests on 2nd floor were noisy, one bed sheet is slighty dirty. Room is big and comfy.

This was an amazing stay! Great for groups. Flip side is that if you don't drive well be careful when parking. The parking lot is on a steep slope. Otherwise great place to relax and bond with family and friends!

Good facility, spacious, good conditions, suitable for family. It would be perfect if able to provide some teabags, and coffee bags. The area turned into sleeping zone after 4.30pm without any convenient stores.

Awesome location, spacious, right off the lake. Clean. Calm. Walls are thin so you can hear next door guests prepare scrambled eggs for their babies. Other than that, it was great. This property is meant for guests driving in town. However if you take the correct bus at Odawara station, the bus get you right outside of the property. There’s no convenient store within walking distance. This could work for the public transport guests, just have to plan ahead. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you.

Great value. One of the most beautiful apartments I have stayed in. Has everything you need to cook or heat up a meal when you’re back in the evening and nearby eateries are closed. The automatic heating bath tub is a work of wonder. Extremely peaceful and quiet during our stay. Suggestions: 1) A wall-mounted handrail for safety at the staircase to the loft. 2) Toilet and bathroom doors should have hooks on them to hang clothes while the occupant is using it. 3) Additional stickers on trash & recycling bins to remind occupants to clear their trash upon check out.
