Excellent stay! Would highly recommend if you are in the area. It’s Within walking distance to everything. Shout out for the small refund due to work going on near our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Parking was a little confusing but very safe.

We like this place. It’s very nice. The only thing is the staff only care about the owners. The front desk girls treat you like you’re an inconvenience. And there was no coffee in my room for the morning to enjoy my view on the balcony. I called to get some, no one answered. Other than that, it’s pretty nice.

We really enjoyed our Stay here. The one bedroom condo was perfect. It was very clean from first floor to the top floor that had a stunning rooftop lounge with amazing views. The gym was as big and good as any. The location to the waterfront, restaurants, parks could not have been any better. We can’t wait to be back and definitely will stay here again.

I reserved 2 rooms next to each other. Thank God my friends got the good room. Our room stunk horribly, was dirty, and felt like it was partied in hard. I was shocked at the difference in the rooms. We weren’t able to get into our room and had to call staff up to help us get into it. We had to SLAM the door handle down to just open it. Staff however was amazing. Won’t spend the money again. Our room was on the 6th floor 605. Don’t except this room.

We had no expectation by the airport but we had to go somewhere else for a late lunch. There was no shade at the pool.

Beautiful condo. Lovely area. Walked to the beach, Tubbs Hill, many dining/ stand coffee stores all in walking distance. Large bathroom and kitchen and washer/ dryer were so convenient in room.

Everything was great about our stay. The rooms were clean and well kept, we loved having a washer and dryer in our unit, and it was a very nice location.
One elevator (of two), was down during our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal. There isn’t enough parking in the garage for everyone, but we were able to find convenient and free street parking (4 hours during daytime) around the hotel.
The staff were very nice, very helpful, and had great attitudes!

Any one visiting CDA should consider this resort. Great full optioned rooms with kitchens and laundry. Super quiet and clean. Great layouts. Roof was awesome and location could not be beat. Great staff.

If I could give 6 or better yet 10 stars I would. Staff unreal, location couldn’t be better, room amazing and roof top deck stunning. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved where we stayed, last minute we ended up having to bring our dog, therefore we were placed in a “pet friendly” room. We have a small maltese. Maltese do not shed or carry allergies. My husband ended up having a very bad allergy attack from our room from previous dogs. We had to get him medicine. There was dog hair on all of the sofa & throw pillows. It got all on our clothes as well. We were able to find a blanket in the closet to throw over the couch, it helped a little. Saying that, hotels need to have seperate rooms for dogs such as Maltese or even poodles that don’t shed or carry pet dander. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Two nights in this luxurious condo in a quiet building was a real treat which was a major factor in our enjoying Couer D’Alene. We will definitely want to stay there again.

This may have been our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We have traveled quite a bit, and the only thing we did not like was that we wish we would’ve stayed longer. It was beautiful, quiet, comfortable, and everything we could’ve asked for. We will be back.

I had a nice stay at One Lakeside. The room was very nice and the staff were friendly. Felt more like a nice new furnished apartment. The underground parking was convenient and secure. The area was so nice for walking around the lake and to the restaurants in the area. I never made it to the roof top. One thing I will note is it's not right on the lake, it is very and easily walked though.

Visiting family, I decided to get my own apartment so I could spread out a little and not worry about imposing. This was a very comfortable apartment: clean, well-lit, spacious. The staff were very responsive when I had questions. The rooftop patio was wonderful, though still a bit too chilly to spend much time up there.

Beautiful views in a newer and well appointed condo that is close to restaurants, shops and the lake. Very friendly front desk staff.
