Cleanliness was an issue all dishes were clearly Just wiped and not cleaned. Some sticky spots on wall. Looked like spilled pop.
Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 and at 10:30 when our checkout was 12:00. We were frustrated because we got woke up from sleeping.

We booked online and the room we wanted was sold out. When we check in our more expensive room was not what we got. We were to have a pull out sofa for the higher price. We ended up with a handicap room no sofa.
I will be wary of booking a room online. Front desk employees were great. Mary Barnes

We stayed at the Element in Huntsville and it was fabulous. This establishment was not at all like that one. The staff was unprofessional, we checked into our room and the door wouldn’t shut because the lock was broken, and there was only one employee that was having to take care of everything. We do not plan on staying at this location again.

I stayed at the Element in Chattanooga which was amazing. It was clean and beautiful so I decided to book in Knoxville. The hotel was dirty and not taken care of like the one in Chattanooga. For some reason we were given a handicap room practically in the parking lot. The room was gross. The sink had what looked like a massive pile of chia seeds in the sink drain that we had to flush down. The handicap shower was gross. Had some hair and a moldy gross shower curtain. I would’ve requested a different room, but at that point we were so tired and were only staying half the night so decided to brave it.

Nice hotel and amenities. Our room comfortably housed my wife and I along with 3 kids (7mth, 2yr, 15yr). However, the room was not very clean (dishes were dirty, floors left black residue on your feet). We had to request blankets for the hide-a-bed (none in the closet). We requested a crib which they did find one for us, but no crib sheet. The shampoo and liquid soap dispensers in the shower had come loose. There were no towels for the pool at 9am. After requesting, they brought out just enough for us and only the size of large hand towels. Breakfast was tasty. Service was a bit strange and disconnected. Overall, it felt like a place with good potential that is mis-managed.

Customer service was great!! Breakfast was good too. The only thing I have negative to say is they never had towels, or pillows. We used the sofa bed and they were out of pillows to give us and no extra towels ever to give. They said they were short on them. Our kitchen had one plate 3 forks no pan one bowl. And they had none to give. Didn’t ruin our stay or anything . We managed but if you’re planning on fully using the kitchen , take inventory before you cook. Bring blankets and an extra pillow with you. The employees were super friendly ! They tried their best with what they had to give out. Maybe if they didn’t charge to do wash I would be willing to wash my own towels. 3.00 per wash 3.00 per dry FYI.

Our hotel room was broken into while we were gone. Apparently I had dropped my key and someone went around checking doors until they got to our room. No cameras in the hallways for them to check.

Under bed and under couch dirty. Breakfast didn't have any sausage or bacon and I can't eat eggs so no meat for me. Living room has a motion sensor light so it woke us up anytime someone went to the bathroom at night.

Mary was awesome when we checked in. The hotel seems brand new. Nice outdoor areas. The room was a king and well laid out and very nice. I travel for work quite a bit and is maybe the best room I’ve ever stayed in. They even have a filtered water system attached to the sink in the room. The bed was REALLY comfy and I didn’t hear anyone else the entire day or night in my room and the hotel was completely booked. Loved it.

Sofa bed had potato chips between the cushions on the bed portion. It was obvious the cushions had not removed in quite awhile and not cleaned.

Only had 1 washcloth in room. Went to front desk to ask for more and was told i would have to wait until she checked in the long line of people.

There was no shelf in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc. nor were there any towel racks. There was no cool water. There were dishes but no glasses. We requested extra pillows, but were told there were none available. The bed was not as comfortable as the ones we have slept in at other hotels. The HVAC system was loud and the only vent blew directly on the head of the bed. The staff were very nice and we really enjoyed the breakfast, but we will choose to stay elsewhere when we return to Knoxville.

The woman at the check in desk was very nice, but the room is not acceptable. Had to get the hairs out of the bed and the shower is in poor condition with algae or grime on the worn out glass door seal.

Our experience was HORRIBLE. We booked accommodations for 3 adults yet only received a room with a queen sized bed. Our room had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The bed was unmade. There was still trash in the trash can. The surfaces were dirty.
The front desk staff were rude. One front desk employee begrudgingly offered to go “make the bed”. My husband had to go up to the room with him because of “hotel policy”. He ended up helping the employee change sheets. The solution offered for where the 3rd adult would sleep was to provide an extra pillow and some blankets so they could sleep on the floor!
We ended up staying elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
