This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place.

Great apartment in a very central location in old town, minutes walk from main areas of interest. Parking is very easy only 2 minutes walk away. Roof top terrace is good although I think a hot tub or small pool would be good. No room key is given but just an access code to get in the main door, lift and apartment door which we liked. Bed was comfy and kitchen appliances all ok. Only minor issue was the lounge Aircon didn’t work but that wa wok for this time of year. Would stay here again if next in Cadiz.

Fantastic stay at Plaza Mina. The lady who welcomed us was the friendliest we’ve seen in Spain! The beds were comfy, the apartment was clean, simple pleasing design. The location was great, very close to the water and the beautiful promenade. We had the two bedroom apartment, plenty of space. I would highly recommend.

We love Cadiz and our stay was amazing. The room was huge with a great view. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. We loved that the room had a washer and dryer for our clothes. Additionally, it was walking distance from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. Parking was just across the street. One minute walking. Pablo Picasso museum is 15 minutes walking from the property.

Spacious light apartment. Great views from rooftop terrace. Good central location beteeen the port and caleta beach. Walkable to cathedral and market. Appreciated the laundry facility.

Excellent location. Can walk everywhere from this hotel/apartment. Large suite with well equipped kitchen and appliances. It was Carnaval so it was somewhat noisy during the collaboration but that was expected.

Dark in the room, two windows facing the lobby, drapery was not able to block all lights from the lobby, noisy.

This property is in an excellent location and neighborhood! The staff is outstanding and very helpful!! My family and I would recommend this property highly!! Stayed in the 2br/2bath apartment. Excellent place to be at Cadiz, close to the cathedral, beach, park. The lady at the front desk was attentive and nice. Room was spacious and clean, strong WIFI and nice AC.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was spacious, very well kept and looked like the online photos. I had a late check-in in the evening so I called them up to let them know. Mary from Plaza Mina was amazing at her communication, really helpful and arranged the entry codes for me. Mary also arranged lockers for us, which are in the building. Very useful if you’re waiting for a train. The terrace is amazing and has terrific views over Cadiz. If I could have made it perfect I’d add a Netflix option to the TV and have the bedroom windows soundproof as the street noise is loud. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here on my next visit.

Everything was perfect room size cleanliness and fantastic customer service. Christian gave very good history of the area places to go and foods to eat. I enjoyed my stay.

Our penthouse apartment at Mina Suites was the best accommodation we have had on our three week trip to Spain. It was modern, spacious, clean, convenient to almost everything and very well managed. We loved our patio overlooking the city, but there is also a rooftop area for everyone with plenty of chairs and tables. We also loved Cádiz and would like to return. We highly recommend Christopher and Mina Suites for a relaxing, beautiful hotel and apartments!

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed; spacious room with sitting area, full kitchen, full frig, large bedroom and modern bathroom. I have no complaints. Centrally located you can walk everywhere. I would book here again. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience in this well taken care of property. We had a one bedroom (believe it was a superior suite) that was clean, large, comfortable, bright and homey, provided with top quality bathroom and bedding items. Christian was very accommodating and attentive on the front desk and our cleaners that came every 3 days were excellent. We especially loved the rooftop where we could bask in the warmth of the afternoon February sun. The area around the apartment was more upscale than a lot of Cádiz. Having the 2 main squares right there was a bonus. Grocery stores were also in abundance. We've always loved Cádiz and this time we just spent there was made even more enjoyable because of our accommodations at Mina Suites. We will definitely stay again.

We booked the Penthouse for 12 nights and it was amazing. The decor and space really was wonderful. Great location and the team did their very best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Really one of the best places to stay in Cadiz. Negative points: there is a roof terrace for all guests to enjoy. It was supposed to close at midnight but many guests don’t respect the rules and gain access to the roof terrace at very late times 2 3 in the morning making lots of noise moving chair around, heavy footed guests, drinking and taking v loudly. It was a nightmare to be woken up by this situation few times during our stay. The management MUST find a solution for this. I can only imagine how unpleasant it must be during the summer months for the guests staying at the penthouse. Our suggestions is for the doors and lifts to the roof terrace to be looked after 11pm / midnight. This kind of noise may not disturb others but it was indeed a problem for us. TV channels selection was a disaster and dull. Netflix subscription would for sure allow the guests to enjoy long stay better but we stayed for 12 nights so this may not be a problem for other guests enjoying a short stay. Going back to the positive points. This is no doubt an amazing house/ location and the decor and space were exquisitely created. We loved it there.

This boutique hotel is amazing… the location, the green operation, the kindness of the stuff, and the space of the room… high ceiling and an amazing kitchen. I highly recommend it for a long stay. We stayed three nights and we felt really cozy.

LOVED this place! Location was perfect and the penthouse room was amazing. View was beautiful! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Cadiz!
