This was one of the best hotels my family and O have ever stayed in. Not only our the facilities such (such as the indoor and outdoor pool) incredible, but what makes it special is all the special details they go the extra mile to complete. Every other day we would return to our room and there would be little gifts of postcards, bookmarks and some little snacks. They also run a complimentary port “ritual” with truffles which is not to be missed! 5 star!! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Porto!

The people who work at the hotel make it. Everything would be 5 stars but the air conditioner wasn’t very good.

Amazing stay, upon arrival till late checkout, staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was the hotel restaurant qas really underwhelming and the service was very poor. Other than that it was a joyful experience and I would recommend it all the way. Their food truck is worth a detour too for a little afternoon snack.

Excellent stay. Staff couldn’t do more for you. Breakfast was fantastic - huge range, fresh and the daily smoothies were particularly good. Pool area has a great view across the city and is stocked with ice water. Room was quiet and spacious. Hotel was central so location was excellent. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to Porto.

A very small hotel, a bit too small for me, with the feeling you are being watched. Breakfast was not brilliant for a 5 star hotel. Only one toilet in hotel apart from the bedroom which wasnt always clean.

Architecture, interior design quality of bed linen and amazing staff

What a great location! It's mid-way on the semi-pedestrian Rua das Flores. There's a constant parade in front of the hotel. Restaurants, shopping, buskers in abundance a few feet away. [We ate breakfast nearby instead of in the hotel.] We had dumped our car at the airport. We took an Uber to the hotel, but taking a taxi is better. Cabs have access to Rua das Flores whereas our Uber had to leave us off on a side street instead. If you have much luggage, a taxi is better. Staff was absurdly attentive--learning and using most of our names when we wandered in or out. We loved the small outdoor pool and took breaks there on successive afternoons. You sometimes felt you needed breadcrumbs to follow from your room back to the lobby. A labyrinthe! But the rooms were delightful. We had drinks in the lobby bar and a decent lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was a great cap to our trip to Portugal.

We stayed here for three nights and had an excellent experience. Everything from the moment we stepped through the doors (actually, right before that, because the kind man at the door was a delight throughout our entire stay!) to the moment we left was fantastic. Mr Silva checked us in with such humour and charisma that made us feel welcomed instantly. I even got a (white) portwine during check in! Their restaurant recommendation made our first night even more special (vegetarian traditional Francesinha - didn’t think I’d find one of those!!) and the room (size, cleanliness, interior, temperature, sheets, service, chocolate on the pillow) was the best we could ask for. We went to the pool and the sauna twice and had both for ourselves - twice!! The breakfast service was great as well. Kind, attentive, our server knew my tea preference on day 2. When we walked out for our daily exploration, the door man (I’m so sorry I’m really bad with names - the irony!) knew my name and wished us a great day and a welcome back every time. If I’m in Porto again, I’ll be staying here again. Thank you!

This is a great hotel … right in the centre of Porto. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Amenities are excellent and well maintained! Rooms are spacious and modern in a quaint renovated building. I would highly recommend a stay here!
