So i would get this hotel a 10 out if 10 except for the fact there was a cockroach in the bathroom. This app never lets me post photos but i took a photo of it.

Top notch hotel. Very comfortable stay. If you can swing the price, its worth it. Only suggestion is to add shredded cheese to your already wonderful breakfast to put it over the top!

I liked that this was close to everything that we needed and there was ample lounging space just outside for our families to mingle.
We were there for a funeral so most of use stayed at this hotel.

This hotel seemed new and in good order. Unfortunately the walls were paper thin as I could hear all of the people around me talking and watching TV the entire night. This made for a very poor sleeping experience...

The staff was rude, and had no intention to provide service to their guest. The Walter very thin, and the person who was standing next to me snored so loud, I could not get to sleep until three or 4 AM. I called down at 1:30 to see if they would bring a box fan to help with it. I have a broken toe and dislocated ribs, and it’s very painful for me to get up get street clothes on and go downstairs. It is a parent he was not gonna make any effort to bring me up a fan. They were worthless.

The hotel & room were fine. But it was rented to us as a ‘suite,’ & it was nothing more than a regular room with a sofa bed thrown in. I would be embarrassed to offer it as a ‘suite.’ We’ll stick to Hampton Inn in the furture.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff very friendly. My only complaint is the extremely thin walls. We could hear the guy in the room next to us coughing. Then, his TV was SO loud, it sounded like it was in our room. Not good when it was 11pm and we had to get up at 5am for a long drive home.

I was here for a funeral and several of us were in the Holiday Inn Express. We gathered for breakfast and the breakfast personal kindly made us aware that the service would close soon if anyone wanted anything else. We stayed for at least another hour without being asked to leave. It allowed us a time and place to talk about our mother and sister.

We like this Holiday Inn Hotel because it has all that we need when traveling. Clean
rooms & bathrooms, comfortable beds, big TV, in room coffee machine, microwave, & frige, good daily breakfast, a pool, exercise room & THE LAUNDRY ROOM! And it is close to the assisted living facility that my 96 year old mom lives in there in Ft. Smith! (I do wish the Fish Grill Restaurant was still open next door.)
