No problems. I liked the pool table.

The place was clean and friendly. They were wonderful to us and our fur baby which hands down won our hearts! The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. My only gripe is the bed was horrible it was absolutely hard with no softness for comfort. This one was beyond the firm. I don't know how they could have fixed that. Maybe they have a soft, medium, or firm selection. I should have asked. So, room 332 bed is uncomfortable.

Feels like a new hotel, very modern & vibrant. Love the wall murals painted w/ Wichita Falls sites. Great breakfast in the morning. We come for Hotter n Hell 100 bike race & they’re very accommodating- can check your bike inside. Also, love the Not Radio toiletries they use. Downside is no microwave in room (one in lobby), not much hanging closet space, & can get loud if busy. Overall, very cute, clean & friendly. This has become our fave HH100 hotel.

Room were clean, the selection of shower products are pretty solid despite my eczema there selection was very gentle on my skin I am purchasing them for home

First, the concierge couldn't find our reservation that we had scheduled three days in advance. Second, we had no room key and had have a clerk walk us to our room every time we returned from an outting. Third, the room was the size of a dorm room.

Everything was fine, beds were comfy, room was laid out a little awkward, I was surprised that for such a good room at a good price, there was no mini microwave in our room.
Limited parking at our end of the hotel complex, so lots of walking to our car without any trolly carts to load up on our end. I admit these were not huge pitfalls but some may feel different.

Unfortunately the computers were down when we got there and took about 3 hours to check in. the hotel overall was very nice.

Check in was not very pleasant. Computers were down and our room wasn’t ready to be checked into until 4pm, so my family and I had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Had to walk up to the receptionist to ask if our room was ready for them to finally get us checked in. Wonder how much longer I would’ve waited had I not asked. Wish they would’ve been more hospitable

The room was extremely noisy not only with people in the lobby or neighboring rooms, but the air conditioner was so loud turning on and off throughout the night that prevented me from getting any sleep.

My husband stuck the key card in his back pocket and we went through it and looked and looked through the whole room and threw our luggage and we couldn’t find it and we got down the road 200 miles away and finally found it in his back pocket I called the property and they were awesome. They said, don’t worry about it, it happens all the time really nice people that work the front desk I think they all need raises. Thank you again we had a wonderful night.
