We absolutely LOVED this hotel! It is so unique, and spread across multiple buildings. The decor is stunning throughout and our room, although small, was lovely. I think some Americans may find the rooms too small, we were happy with it for one night, but longer than a couple nights may be a bit of a challenge. That being said, we would stay here again. The bar was fantastic and the rooftop pool area was stunning. Truly a hidden gem!

Generally a very nice hotel at a great location. Unfortunately there was not even luke warm water in both rooms. We mentioned it at the reception and they did literally not care. Also, very loud music during the night from the rooftop bar if you are at the second floor. When we checked out early the lady could not even call us a cab because the responsible person was not there. Average!

Very pleasant stay - and quier considering the restaurants below. Excellent staff. Room was lovely. Lavazza espresso, nice pillows and linens. Travelling solo for business and booked one of the smalller rooms, plenty of room for me - would have been tight if there were 2 of us. Would stay again!

Everything was perfect, except the doorman who insisted to get my luggage to my room, after I say no! He looked me so badly 😢.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Two issues during our stay. Never received our “free” bottle of wine and the room we were in was very nice but had a strong musty odor. Still we would stay here again if we can find a good price

One of the bests out there. I recently stayed there for my solo trip and I felt really safe. There’s a lot of dinning options in the area, location is perfect and the hotel itself is nicer in person. I would definitely recommend.

Very cute boutique hotel. If you want it, make sure you add breakfast during your Expedia reservation because you won’t be able to get it added at the hotel. Overall great experience. Seemed like a couples type hotel.

This is my second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first time. From the beautiful and demure interior to the wonderful aroma that will permeate your stay or the rooftopp pool and bar (with daily specials) or the comfy bed, this is a hotel i will keep coming back to. Thank you Miguel for helping me get to my room after a long day of travel to the lovely young woman who checked me in (can't remember her name). The customer service is stellar. Take advantage of the free bikes to roam SOBE and your two beach chairs (pay $20 for the umbrella). Even the music they play is a vibe. I'll be back before the year is out.

This is a beautiful property, the staff is extremely friendly, it’s very artsy and has all the necessities. There are several delicious restaurants within 0-10 minutes walking. The beach is a 5 minute walk. I would definitely come here again, and I’d recommend to all my friends and family as well.

We were looking for a hotel that was quaint, clean and had a good location and this met all the needs. The staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. The hotel was located near Espanola Way with lots of good restaurant options and things to do.

Room was tiny (only could have one big suitcase open without much walk around room) but clean and had everything we needed for an 2 night trip. Awesome location with very vibrant dining/shopping/beach scene. Valet parking was easy and could go in and out without extra charge. Desk staff and bellman were wonderful. Rooftop was nothing impressive. No views. Pool water was HOT! Was hoping for a refreshing dip in the pool, but this was not the case.

Fine for the discount price we found online, but room cleaning was very basic. They didn’t vacuum and we found wrappers under our bed on day one that weren’t cleaned our entire 4-night stay.

Excellent place for short or long stay.
The rooms are wonderful as are all of the outside spaces. Bright and tasteful with fans positioned in every nook for supreme comfort. Great location- close to excellent dining and the beach. Would love to be back one day!

Juan Diego , Migue y Tatiana (and all the staff) were extremely helpful, polite…they always had a smile on their face and ready to answer any question… place was great, excellent location… pool was clean… facilities were excellent…. Close to everything…. We will stay again!!!

The staff was very nice, and the location was great. However, the hotel is very small, and there isn't much to do. They charged a resort fee for using the pool, but the pool is tiny, and only 2 to 3 people can fit in it at most. I was never able to use it. Throughout my one-week stay, my room was never properly cleaned, and the sheets were never changed, despite the fact that this hotel claims to be a 4-star establishment. Additionally, they charge a resort fee but don't even provide umbrellas for free, which doesn't make sense. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay here again.

Very close to the beach (5mins walking) and cute aesthetics. Good place if you aren’t looking to spend a lot of time in your room/working remotely. Tons of restaurants within walking distance
Things of note - Beach towels don’t seem to be available on site, which makes acquiring one (if you’re an early riser or want to catch the sunset after 5pm) rather tricky when paying a daily resort fee for access to such things.
Overall, nice short term stay. Would recommend making beach towels available at the front desk

The staff is very friendly and nice; all of them but especially France. There is a roof bar which has beautiful view and they serve delicious pizzas for 10 dollars on Tuesdays. Hiwever the hotel is very small, rooms are very tiny and there is not much to do inside the hotel. Plus, they charge you for umbrellas in the beach which I think is a bit non sense considering the fact that they have additional
charge for 250 dollars which they call resort fee. So I believe resort fee should cover expense for umbrella but unfortunately it does not:(
