Our stay was great and service was remarkable given the snow emergency. They accommodated us extending our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. This was my third stay. Highly recommend 😊

I stayed here at the recommendation of a friend. I think this hotel offers a great value. The accommodations are clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. There are lots of conveniences nearby including grocery stores and Walmart and various restaurants. I would stay here again if I were to return to Erie.

My husband is on oxygen i asked for a room close to the elevator. I got a room basically at the end of the hall on the 4th floor. So he had to walk that distance.

Had a very nice stay there. It was clean and nice. I accidentally left my headphones in the gym and lucky enough someone turned them in to the front desk. I was so thankful!

The front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast was WAY too big, as you had to order it. But it was delicious. I only wish the breakfast was more realistic in size, and they gave out bottled water.

The hotel is new, so very nice. We were satisfied with our room. We were on a short wine-tasting tour, so we stayed for only one night and didn't need much. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping and it's easy to get around in that area. The only things that I noticed was there is no fan in the bathroom, and there was a cup on the floor near the wall to the back of the bathroom vanity that someone before us had left behind.

Everything was wonderful.Checking was great.The manager on duty was completely awesome. Would definitely say again, adding it on our list of hotels when we travel back to massachusetts.

Everything was great except I didn’t get the room configuration that I booked. Plenty of parking, close to interstate, very well maintained, comfortable beds.

It was a perfect stay! Very nice clean room with a beautiful view of the lake that's only about a 10 minute drive away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Very nice newer hotel, large room, comfortable beds, great counter space and lighting in bathroom. (Tap water tastes terrible, however.) Missed having free breakfast and a microwave in the room, nice to have when you're on a cross country road trip. Walls are pretty thin as the hotel was crawling with people on the Saturday night I was there, and on the first floor (which I requested as I was traveling with a dog), it was very noisy with boisterous guests (and children). Fortunately it quieted down by 10 pm. But it's convenient, right off I-90, and they do have a restaurant with dinner options. However, there's lots of food nearby, including a most excellent poke bowl place (F&F) that delivers.

The place was clean and nice, large rooms. My room was never cleaned while I stayed 3 nights. They just came in and took garbage and brought new towels, but beds were not made. Also, o left a satchel there with all my earrings and I called once I realized and they told
Me they didn’t find anything. O left there and drove to another town to check on at another town and never removed a thing until I got there so it had to be left here, not happy about them missing and not turned in as they should have been. Also, room was great but shower didn’t work where there was any pressure or all the water came out and I don’t take baths so that was disappointing.

We needed a place to stay overnight on our way from Chicago to our home and we thought we’d give the Holiday Inn a try because of its location and the pricing. Entered to discover a lengthy line at registration, probably created by timing but also seemed to be because only one person on duty knew how to properly use the system. Took close to 45 minutes to get registered and issued a key. Thankfully the rest of the stay was quite good. The room was clean with only a couple very minor exceptions, and surprisingly quiet given how crowded the place seemed and that we were on the first floor next to the parking lot. Staff was friendly and professional and the property was in good condition. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Unfortunately when we arrived there was a long lineup of people waiting to checkin. There was only one attendant checking people in. Another staff member came out to see how she was doing, did not acknowledge anyone in line (over 20 people) and quietly said “oh well too bad I can’t help you” and simply walked away. Many people were surprised by the lack of customer service and lack of courtesy. The poor woman trying to check everyone in was new to her role and we would have expected that someone would have stepped up to help her or at least acknowledge those waiting for an extended period in line.

This was a great location for a vacation getaway to visit Presque Isle State Park. The route there and back became familiar. We were thrilled to find Wegman's nearby for some picnic items. Starbuck's nearby helped with the hotel's coffee running out in the morning (read other reviews about this, so weren't surprised). We liked having a gym and a pool in the hotel. Overall very happy with this choice. Would come back.

Room was modern and clean, stayed on the 3rd floor heard stomping from rooms above. Parking lot gets very full overnight hard to find parking and some people take double spots. There were also U-Haul and Dump Trucks (taking up many spots) parked in the lot.
