One issue in the room. But they changed our room with no problems.

Learned at check in there was a $100 incidental fee, which would be refunded if there was no damage to the room. Nowhere in the description of the hotel was this stated. Opened the vertical blinds, one fell off. There was a huge hole in the screen. The door area was littered with cigarette butts. Halls had a foul smell. The room had no coffee maker and the ice bucket leaked.

Good place to stay close to the downtown and hospital. Our room was nice. We thought that due to the summer heat and humidity, our room had a humidity smell, but nothing terrible.

I loved that the specialty hospital was connected to the hotel. I didn’t have to drive anyplace after my appointment. Just a small walk right back to my room!!

Was a great place to stay after a long day of riding!

It was fine. Nothing fancy but that's okay. Just needed a bed and shower. Beds were comfortable. Went down for breakfast though and almost everything was gone already. When checking out, had to wait for the clerk to get off of her personal cell phone, waited about 10 minutes. She was nice and did apologize for making us wait. Easy check in.

I did not realize when booking that it was right next to a hospital - which we fine but a little different. The hotel was pretty run down. I found that booking a hotel in Sioux Falls was weirdly expensive compared to other locations I booked on this trip so the cost of this stay was in line with some other hotels we stayed at but the condition of the hotel and room were less. Also the room had a very heavy, not pleasant, smell

The decor was dark. Made it seem a little dirty even though it probably wasn’t. No coat hooks anywhere. You could hear shower water in next door rooms and opening/ closing of their doors. And of course we were right at the RR tracks so there was a little noise there. All in all I expected a little more for the price.

It was ok. The room seemed humid even with air on. The TV was impossible to figure out. Bed was comfortable, room clean, but carpet just felt damp. Good stay, but probably not again.

Late noise. Someone left cooling system turned down too low and unit smelled and room was very cold. Adjusted to correct temp and was fine.

It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It worked out well for our early morning dr appointment. The only thing was no working elevator or vending machine.

Clean, quiet, and convenient. A nice place to stay to visit Sioux Falls and Palisades state park.
