Location and casino were excellent! The hotel warns of a $500 cleaning fee if there is smoking in the room! Upon entering the room there was a strong odor of marijuana! Complained to the front desk and they made no offer to compensate or move the room! All of our luggage smelled of it when we returned home!

Hotel was fantastic. The only gripe I have is I paid a significant amount to stay (over $300 per night) required to put $150 down on a CC for my stay, then I was charged an additional $19.99 because I booked through Hotels.com and not through them directly. COME ON!!!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the Live Casino Hotel. It's not shabby like other Philadelphia casinos. We stayed overnight after a concert, and would do so again.

The room was very clean but we did not have wifi the whole stay. I contacted the front desk and they gave me a few things to try to resolve the issue but that didn't work so we were not able to fully enjoy the stay.

This was our second stay at Live Casino & Hotel - Philadelphia, and this time was just as great as the last. Thank you all again - from the front desk staff to the entire casino crew to housekeeping to the connected bars/restaurants - we continue to enjoy every bit of our time at Live. We appreciate you, and we look forward to returning again soon!

The Hotel is okay, the food service is rubbish. They have never heard of dietary requirements and it was impossible to eat anything other than a salad in their multiple restaurants if you need a gluten free diet. Come on its 2024.....

The room was clean other than mold in the shower. Staff were courteous. Food was sub par. We ordered from the burger joint and the burger wasn’t close to be cooked through and the breakfast seemed to be cooked well ahead of time. Eggs were cold. Homefries overcooked. Coffee bitter. It’s quick and easy to stay for a sports game but otherwise look elsewhere.

Have an awesome stay. We went to a Phillies game. Loved how it was a short walk from the casino to the stadium. Will definitely be back.

We had an excellent night here and walked to Wells Fargo. The room was clean, spacious, and had all amenities needed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is slowly becoming my favorite place to visit! I wrote a rave review recently so will just say again that when going to a concert or game in Philly you definitely want to get a room here!

Marge at checkin was very helpful, patient and friendly. I’m so sorry , I forget the bellhops name , he was very helpful and friendly. The whole place was clean. The view not so great from my window. Maybe make a garden like area even if it’s fake would be nice. There was a courtyard like area below that seemed to have a few bushes. The chaise was right next to the window and it would be nice to have something pretty there to look at with my coffee:) The whole experience was wonderful .:)

Great experience Parking attendant not helpful and very mean aggressive attitude. Would not want to keep him as the first employee to be met at your facility. Other employees within the hotel were great

This is my new favorite place to stay for concerts at Wells Fargo or games for Philly teams. It is so convenient and it has a great weekend nightlife scene! The casino has a center bar and the restaurant The Prime Rib has a great bar too (and amazing food!). If you know an event is happening reserve your room here asap. The rooms have been designed beautifully and thoughtfully. Great views of the parks too.
