Only thing needed room closer to elevator our fault

The place had small bugs in towel Never was able to get a hold of a luggage buggy people was holding all in their rooms when I mentioned it to staff giving attitude and didn’t seem to care asked twice for extra towels and trash bags , never got them .

By far the NICEST Hotel I’ve stayed in and I travel a lot as a coach! I travel with my family all the time and it accommodated us comfortably and it was so NICE!!!

The front office gal took a very long time to welcome/acknowledge us and had a 10 min conversation with a guest on how to use the digital key causing us to wait 20mins overall to wait to be checked-in. The room had a very strong and overwhelming smell of air freshener that gave us a headache and very hard to sleep. Glad it was only one night. We almost cancelled and went somewhere else.

Great property

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon. The smelled like smoke and one of the electrical outlets by the bed didn’t work. These were reported to the front desk. They sprayed some cleaner on the floor to counter the smell but electrical was never fixed after 4 nights. The breakfast was worse than usual to the point I didn’t eat breakfast there. I’m a Hilton honors member but I was disappointed here.

In our first room, the shower and bathroom floor were not clean but my husband and I dealt with it. But then the air conditioner kept cutting off unless we got up to trip the motion sensor. It was 76° when we got in there and we set the thermostat to 70°. The coolest it got over the next several hours was 74°. We would not be able to sleep like this so I went to the front desk. The woman working the desk thankfully switched us to the last available room. This room had two beds instead of one king, and these beds were the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever experienced. Luckily the air conditioning in this room worked correctly and we were able to sleep, but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough the next morning. We were both very relieved we happened to only be staying one night.

My stay was amazing!!

Very nice hotel. They clean common areas regularly. Breakfast was decent. We never received cleaning service although it is supposed to occur every other day. Then if you need towels or toilet paper for example, you have to go down to the desk to get it. Beds were a little soft for my taste. In a nice location, close to restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this room was, especially at this price range. Ive stayed in dozens of hotels in the Dallas area and I can honestly say that this is one of the best in the area. I dont think you can find a better stay for less! Very clean, quiet and safe area. Tons to do locally and within a 20min drive to most shopping options. Highly recommend!

They stay was nice. The dishwasher was running when we checked in at 3:30. The staff had just cleaned the room so I am sure they started the dishwasher. We left the room and returned 4-5 hours later and the dishwasher was was still running. Rm 233

Beeen here twice loved it first time not so much second time. Both wall thermostat was not working properly staff came and fix it three times in the end still had issues but it was really late (11:00pm). So I decided just to not bother with it.

Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! Also loved having a ceiling fan over the bed. Every hotel should have one! We also appreciated a night light in the bathroom. It’s the worst when you have to get up to go to the bathroom and have to turn on a bright light in the middle of the night. These small details make such a difference!!

Our stay was booked and paid for 3 weeks in advance. We were scheduled to check in at 3:00. We showed up at 4:00 and were told that our room was not ready and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back at 4:30 and they said our room was ready so we got our key and went to our room. The room we were given was not what we reserved. We wanted a single king bed and we got a room with 2 queen beds. We were celebrating our 14 year wedding anniversary and had dinner reservations that evening, so at this point we are a little irritated as we are in jeopardy of being late for our dinner reservation. We went back to the front desk and they provided us the correct room. I mentioned that if we were to be late leaving our room that we would likely be charged a fee, so I felt like a small credit was warranted due to the inconvenience but they were unwilling to oblige to that stating “Sorry, we were sold out.” Not sure how you can be sold out of a room that was reserved and paid in full 3 weeks in advance. Nonetheless, we went to our corrected room (finally), made it to our dinner reservation, and enjoyed the rest of our evening. Overall, our stay was good and the hotel was very clean. The complementary breakfast was wonderful also.

Great stay great for families

Great stay. Nice new and clean.

We fondly remember our stay there 2 years ago. It was awesome then and it was as great this past week. We plan on returning. The only problem we had was that the kitchen implements were terribly lacking. Just 2 pieces of cookware, a couple spoons, and just a few more pieces of cutlery and dishes. We managed, however.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff was great and the location couldn’t be better. We will stay here again the next time we are up in the Frisco area.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Great hotel for families. I would definitely recommend it!

Came into town for a wedding with my boyfriend. This was our first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! Extremely clean, walked into the room and my name was on the television, which I thought was a sweet personal touch! It was quiet and so peaceful, made our experience so delightful. We will absolutely be book here again in the future.
