2nd time I’ve stayed here. Absolutely love the hotel, the location, the rooms, the pool and the breakfast. Beautiful, clean, about 100m walk down to the promenade. I’d imagine we will be back.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Room was a lovely size and great to have a coffee machine and water daily. Food options not great but was ok. Cookies were a bit stale. It would have been nice to have music playing by pool. But overall, it was a great hotel specially for young children, our daughter is 15, so we probably should have chosen a hotel more catered for her age and above.

Hotel is in an excellent location. However, this is a family hotel (which is not described as being the case on Expedia). The pool area is very loud and busy. It has a problem with people reserving sun loungers. There is a convenient shop on site. The breakfast has lots of offerings. The rooms were cleaned daily and had everything you needed. The family suite offered daily water refill and a coffee machine.

Very clean room. Nice kitchenette. Fantastic cleaners. Nespresso machine is awesome. Overcrowded swimming pool but I assume we were in the top season. Good WiFi speed. Hotel is good for families (from activities to amenities). Unfortunately, mediocre food in the restaurant. Would definitely go back but on a B&B option.

Lovely reception staff. Had a problem where our booking was cancelled but Eric and Sharon sorted it out. Almost all staff including housekeepers were very friendly and smiley except one older lady on pool bar who was quite rude to me, completely blanking me but serving my boyfriend and when he looked at me to say my order she rolled her eyes and walked off haha! Not enough sunbeds, often we would go for a swim and just have to go to the beach instead as not even 1 sunbed was free (we would have just shared 1). Our room was a royal studio, we had snacks and drinks on arrival which was lovely. Not to do with the hotel but we went to Siam park and it was honestly best day of my life but get fast track!!!! We got VIP champagne club and was 100% worth it if you’re a couple.

Family of 6 - My parents, me and my partner, and 2 sisters 10yo and 6yo had an amazing time staying at this hotel. We went all inclusive in 2 Royal studios for a week and loved it! Rooms were lovely and really spacious, treats (bottles of, sprite, coke, wine, beer, crisps, chocolate and a bowl of fruit) were left in our rooms on arrival which was a lovely gesture. The food at the all inclusive buffet was great, with options for all - even my youngest sister who is a very picky eater enjoyed the pizza, chips, steak, fish fingers etc, not to mention all the desserts and unlimited slush puppies and ice cream (and cocktails for us adults😋) The staff at this hotel are so friendly, especially Ramon who worked in the bar at night and always gave us a laugh! Location is great, just less than a 5 min walk away from the beach and the strip with loads of shops, bars, restaurants etc. The only thing I could possibly give a negative view on is the entertainment at night which could be a bit better - however that could be the fault of the hotel guests as there was never a large crowd. There was games of bingo, live music, and me and my sisters especially loved the Taylor Swift tribute night! Overall I would rate the hotel 10/10 and would definitely recommend it! On day 2 of the holiday we were already talking about coming back next summer!

We were all inclusive and the food was incredibly salty to a point where a lot of it was un edible. The wine wasn’t nice at all either and the beer was a bit hit and miss

What a gem of a find. Paid just over £100 a night for a gorgeous room, impeccable service & cleanliness, amazing breakfast, fantastic location and so much for the kids to do all included. Would recommend and return in a heartbeat

we had a fantastic stay a the sunwing apartments, the room was clean and the facilities were of a very good standard.

I had a pleasant stay at sunwing, the hotel is in a great position at 5 min from the Fanabe beach. The room was great, big , super clean , recently refurbished. The food at sunwing was nice, we had half board, so we had a nice breakfast with more than i personally need in a breakfast, the dinner was great as well, many different choices and in general all of a good quality. I would reccomed this hotel to anyone , especially families who want a nice swimmingpool , animation .

We liked it very much. We were the only Dutch people, most are Brittish and Scandinavian. Close to the beach, boulevard, shops, restaurants and bars. Somebody pooped in the pool, so one day the pool was closed due to cleaning.

Staff were really nice and so was the hotel. Photos of the rooms don’t do it justice so much nicer.

SunWing apartments, Fanabe beach, are very clean but a little spartan. The kitchen & cooking facilities are minimal (eg 2 cooking rings) but we were able to cook dinners at home as required. The long sofabed isn't very comfortable as a sofa, because there isn't much back support. Beds and pillows are excellent. Bathroom is excellent, bright and clean. It's a very well managed complex and is bright, airy and spacious. Lots of sunbeds. Excellent spa. Elina, a Swedish masseuse gives an excellent massage. The staff at Sun Wing reception and all of the cleaning staff are notably friendly and helpful. Diana, our cleaning lady was top notch! The breakfast and lunch in the buffet restaurant offers a good choice. We have been there twice. It's very reliable and very close to everything. Hyperdino next door has fresh milk, bread and groceries. Beach & prom are very close. good restaurants within easy walking distance. Popular choice for young families. Lively without being at all rowdy. it's the best place which we have been at during our 6 trips to Tenerife. Evening entertainment in SunWing seems to be poor.

Fabulous stay at this hotel, my 1st time but certainly will not be my last. The hotel was so clean, staff friendly and hard working. The beds are super comfy and the apartment very spacious with all self catering equipment needed. The room has a kettle, toaster, microwave and most importantly to us curly haired girlies a proper hairdryer. Plenty of storage & hangers and a safe which is free to use. Also free use of pool towels. Could not fault this hotel and I will return.

It was just to crowded. In particular the pool and the pool area. Good service, very clean.

In my opinion, the hotel was very good! Great swimming pool, very good breakfasts and close to the beaches by the ocean. Everything is the BEST!

Good family friendly place. Good food. We went here by accudent and was a pleasent surprise. Have a small playground. Kids pool.

Stayed in a self catering apartment and it had everything you needed although we ate out everyday,lovely big room and not far from the beach and bars,would definitely stay again.

Very good apartments for the money. Cozy rooms equipped with almost everything you need. Close location to the beach. The only negative is the inability to control the temperature of the air in the room.

Just got back from a weeks stay at Sunwing and it is amazing! Very clean and modern hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms are lovely and spacious with all the facilities you need. The communal areas and rooms are so clean we never saw one bit of dirty/bugs about. Would 10/10 recommend and we can't wait to return

The hallway doors magnet was Not working and all the night we suffered from the terrible banging noise of the door slamming , also the windows are not double glazed

Just perfect! There was a renovation from Another hotel across the streeft, but it is nothing Sunwing van do About it. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it!

Great place for families & ideal position for all that fanabe has to offer, pool could be bigger (for all the floats & balls at peak times) & drinks quite expensive for those not on AI. Room absolutely fantastic! We had lovely holiday. Will be back if only for the room!

Family friendly. Loads of amenities, restaurants, shops, public beach, all a minutes walk from the hotel. Aqualand is a 6 euro taxi away.

Amazing Hotek for a visit to Tenerife. Staff are courteous and always helpful. Good food choices in restaurant, restaurant staff like Jorge and Mohammed are great with kids. Hotel has activities for kids. Hotel is very close to the beach.

Good location. Great value. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay! Room was awesome and staff was super nice. Huge plus that its close to beach and tons of shops.
