Had two nights in Graz and needed to be close to the railway station. The Inter-City hotel is basically next door and you can get to it from the southern end of platform 1 via some stairs down to street level. Room was very clean and comfortable, check in staff were very good, even put up with me trying to practice my German.

Stayed 2 nights for business, as it was close to my meeting. A 20 minute walk into to Graz, but not a problem as I like walking. Directly opposite the railway station, so if you are using the train, it is in a great position.

Okay place but the "single" beds are about as wide as a stick of butter. If you're the type to toss and turn in your sleep, make sure the beds are shoved together or you'll end up on the floor.

The food options were limited. There was rarely someone at the front desk to help, even though they said 24 hours, that was not the case. A few of the front desk were very unhelpful. A couple were nice.

Although next to the main train station the triple-glazed windows provided perfect soundproofing. Windows were large which meant the room was bright in daylight.

Convenient to train station,about 20 minute walk to old town. Room was very hot even with air-conditioning. The bathroom had a glass wall, with sheer curtain and very small piece solid curtain, not a lot of privacy.

A very good and modern hotel. It was a very rainy day so i was happy that after arriving by train i didn't have to walk too much in the rain as the hotel was very close to the station. The room was very clean and modern, i liked the wallpaper map of Graz a lot. There is a big bottle of complimentary quality water and there is also a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good although the staff could not keep up with the big number of guests, it wasn't easy to find and empty table and most of those still had the leftover plates from the earlier guests.

Great hotel for an overnight stay in Graz. Close to train station, yet not too far from city center. Very nice staff.

As soon as we arrived there was no one at the reception. Another lady asked if we needed service and went to tell another lady to help us. After that the check in was easy and fast. Hotel is close to the main train station. Room was for a good price.T room was very spacious. I liked the shower head. Beds were not soft. The room had good accommodations for people with disabilities. Asked for a different room, but was way more expensive although the hotel didn’t seem to be very busy. Old town is good proximity and supermarket, restaurants and shops are very close as well. It was a good stay for a couple of days.

Really really convenient spot for people to stay when coming in by train. Main city is only 20min walk away. Super nice inside the hotel too.

Hotel is modern and conveniently located near train station and town. Easy walk to old town area and all the attractions. Rooms were a good size by Europe standards, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and enjoyed the rainfall walk in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast had lots of hot and cold selections and was good quality. Overall very pleased with my stay. Good quality for the price.

There were certain discriminatory details for me, first the girl at the bar confused me with the construction staff and then the next day the waitresses were cleaning all the tables, except me, it was an annoying and uncomfortable moment, however I liked the hotel. a lot and the reception is very professional my respects

Hotel is clean and comfortable but the staff was awful, unfriendly and inefficient. We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and duvet way before our stay but had ones with duck feathers. We asked for a change but they never did it. We had to search for them after midnight with the night watchman in several floors' service rooms. Not what you expect from a 4 star-hotel! And we had other problems with the staff. Really bad experience.

Unfortunately, during a 3-day stay the room was not cleaned a single time. The service desk also ignored the request to change towels.

I gathered that this was a new chain of properties being set up to provide B&B close to a railway station. It was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one minor problem was the trams which emerged from a tunnel ca 100yds down the road and which were uniquely audible to a small degree. Nontheless, I would use that Hotel or others of its ilk again.

Not a nice place to stay, staff unfriendly and not very helpful. No ice, rooms not ready when expected, area around the hotel is not super nice or friendly. Room is weird and unpleasant with views to a dirty train station with lots of homeless and vagrants. Would never stay or recommend the hotel or area to stay while in Graz.

Fast and friendly check in. Excellent modern room with a great monsoon shower. 2 minute walk from the main train station in Graz so a perfect base for exploring.
