Very comfortable stay overall and clean and comfortable rooms

Clean and convenient to our travel ball fields.

Hubby booked me a night to get away for Mother’s Day! First impression of hotel is that it looks brand new. Everything smelled clean and I love that it’s hardwood everywhere. My room was very clean. I also took a nice long hot shower which was relaxing. I also liked that I could log into my own Netflix on the hotel tv! Lastly, breakfast was great and I had the opportunity to take a nap after breakfast since checkout isn’t until Noon!

The staff is very friendly

Overall I had a great stay here at this location, all the staff members that I had encountered were great and the hotel is nice and clean overall.

I had an issue with the bathroom sink. Informed the front desk. The issue was not addressed until I reported to the desk in the evening a second time.

Just a good place to stay within distance of restaurants and major hwys.

Clean and quiet

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Our room had a very distinct odor in it. I don’t know if it was recently painted or epoxy was applied in the bathroom. The room was Very clean the hotel is very clean. That was my only issue because it caused congestion.

Loved the lobby area with pool table, tv and seating. Also the ability to purchase snacks around check-in 24 hrs a day. Breakfast was excellent!

IMO TRU is the best low to midpriced hotel out there. New facilities. Spare but stylish.

Nice hotel. Our room was cursed, lol. Key cards wouldn’t work, Hilton Honors didn’t link, TV wouldn’t turn on. Staff went above and beyond, but hotel was booked so couldn’t change rooms. We’d stay again!

1. They gave our room that I had already paid for away so we needed to either share a bed or split up into 2 different rooms. 2. They apparently charged me for the new room on top of what I already paid though they said there would be no additional charge and it is a higher charge. 3. They couldn’t make any keys so I had to be escorted up to our room to be let in and we had to go to a couple of different floors before we found a room that the concierge’s fob worked on. 4. Loud tapping inside the walls all night. The staff was fine. They were doing what they could with what they were working with. I understand stuff happens but it seemed like a lot of stuff happened particularly with our reservation and it was super annoying when it was late when we got there and we were exhausted. I will have to call tomorrow about the additional charge.

The property was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. This is my second TRU to stay at this month and TRU will be my first choice of hotels in the future!

Very modern and clean

It was very clean comfortable and clean and great price.

The door latch worked backwards, there was a creaking and dripping in the wall all night. The TV was hard to use.

Hilton never fails.

Very nice place and comfortable

Property not as clean as other TRU places

We stayed there due to proximity of family members only to use the room to get some sleep and we were unable to due to kids running up and down the hallways all night and people partying late outside our window. No one controlled them and we didn't get any sleep. We will not be staying there again and we stay in town there 2 to 3 times a year.

Room could be cleaner and the room did not have toilet paper, soap, and conditioner.

Convenient to get to from 95

Good location and pretty nice hotel.

Lots of trouble with the door lock. Grumpy staff at check in. Pancake maker was fun and popular but caused large backups.

It was a nice room for a one night stay.

The property is new and clean. I loved the shower and amenities. I did have an issue with the tv not working all weekend. I did ask for help and someone did try to make it work, but it didn't. Nothing worse than being in a hotel room with no working tv.
