Couldn't be in a rougher area Shared apartment kitchen had multiple empty vodka bottles in it, bathroom was disgusting and the host agreed a time to check me in then went out and old me to leave all my stuff (including car keys) on the bed in the unlocked room and she'd sort it later. As waiting for her would have made me miss the event Id stayed over to go to I asked for a refund which she agreed to give. Three weeks later and still no refund

There was chewing gum on the wall bath room was dirty toilet was yellow inside, left over food in the fridge bin was full bedding was smelling I couldn’t stay day for two night I had to cut my trip short spiders on wall with their webs dusty. I wouldn’t recommend this appartement cause u share it with different people and not clean based in a bad area too

Was okay for one night, refurbished and clean. For a longer stay I would have liked a wardrobe or at least hooks to hang clothes up. Also, a bin in the bathroom, a mirror in the bedroom, and not to have to ask for a towel for each person. Check in requires a cash deposit, had to go to the cash machine. Parking is on the street at the side of the building.

Found this only avail die to short notice due to a passing of a family memeber and every whrre was booked out for thr nite. Looks nice from outside. However inside is not as. They need ALOT of work! Dinning table is very small and couch had a heavy smell to it The mattresses where ok not as good other apartments iv stsyed in before. There was not any clear information in the room for anything at all ie if u need room service ordering extra towels wifienis very bad and very very slow.

I was pleased with the stay and pleasantly surprised. Lovely service for the lady who lived in. Place was roomy and friendly. When I arrived it looked a bit of a dogdy area but parked under the apartments CCTV and car was under a camper on reception all day/night.We had no issues. We had room 5. Strange set up, no front door key, you have to phome someone to be let into the building. Very limited amenities within the flat.

The apartment and building is anything but “luxury”. It was clean, tidy and offered good value for money. The biggest down side was not having a key to the front door of the building. We ended up being locked out for around 15 minutes before being let in.

Nice appartments.very clean.not in a great area but cheap for what you get.Could do with some more utensils pans ect.we asked for towels ect and were given straight away.Very nice people running it.

£50 deposit had to be paid in cash! Several of the listed items weren’t in the apartment (hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, wardrobes) but you may have been able to request them. We had to request towels which arrived within half an hour. In the kitchen there were no saucepans, frying pans or cooking utensils so the hob was useless! No washing up liquid, cloths or t towels. We had to clean the sink and wash the grill pan before using it as they both had food dried on them. Tea and coffee sachets were provided but the milk pots were out of date (didn’t look at date on tea/coffee). Bedrooms - No wardrobes or chests of drawers to put clothes in although there was a clothes rail. It would be really good to have mirrors in the bedroom near plug sockets to be able to dry your hair or do make up. Also somewhere to put clothes. We were able to use a spare bed for putting clothes on - but not ideal. Bathroom. Toiletries and soap were provided in the bathroom but there were no shelves to put things on and no plug in the very small sink. Towel rail was too small to put a bath and hand towel on. Shower was ok with a good supply of hot water, but as we were in an accessible apartment with a wet room, the height of the shower was appropriate for a wheelchair user but couldn’t be lifted high enough on the rail to stand under properly. The wall heaters in the corridors and all rooms were easy to use and very efficient. We won’t be staying again!

Brand new apartments with a friendly welcome. Very spacey and comfortable apartment in good location to reach the North Yorkshire Moors. The kitchen lacked every day cookery equipment (pots, plates, knifes) if you plan to do your own cooking but I put this down to the apartments being brand new and hopefully they will fully equipped next time. Quiet location.
