Great service, great bar with roofterrace and very friendly and helpfull staff

Great location and great rooms. Breakfast buffet was also great. We met friends at the convenient rooftop bar several times.

a gym in a german hotel is a nice amenity. The rooftop bar is top-notch. Checking in was painless and easy. Walking to the hotel from the train station is literally 2 minutes, its across the street

The hotel is new, but the room setting is not very user-friendly. Not enough space to put things and there is no working desk and proper chairs. The breakfast place is very busy. No one serves and people sit randomly and share tables with others. Not very comfortable.

Great location right across from the train station. Easy walking area to shops restaurants and the cathedral. Room is small but has everything you need.

In Germany for a funeral. Well positioned hotel for transport links. Good réception but would have been better if someone had told us we needed to use the room key to activate the lift!! Not used German hotels before so was surprised to have to pay upfront, tells you something about the cliental? Breakfast very expensive compared with similar hotels in France but good fare. Overall would recommend.

Overall a cute and cosy hotel, very modern, room is not huge but smartly laid out, separate toiled (great!), super centrally located, mere steps across the train station! Breakfast was not huge, but had everything that was needed and was delicious. Only drawback was the check-in attendant. Our whole group couldn't stop giggling. I have never seen such long purple claw fingernails on anyone working in hospitality - and rightfully so! ... those fingernails slowed the lady down to a comical degree. She had trouble typing on the keyboard (2 finger operation, lol), swiping on her screen, picking up the keycard from the table ... i mean, she was literally handicapped in doing her job. Hotels have grooming standards for a reason, and I shall happily be called old-fashined, but I like standards even though I am not much older than the receptionist :-)

A great modern hotel in a handy location right near the main rail station. The staff are really friendly and gave me a free welcome drink on the rooftop bar to apologise for the long wait to check in. The rooms are different with an open bathroom with just a curtain separating the shower from the room so be aware of that if sharing with friends! Toilet is in a separate room and there is a great free soft drink minibar with free cola, orange, water, alcohol free beer etc and a great Nespresso machine. The rooftop Arabic mezze restaurant is great if a little expensive for the size of portions. Really enjoyed the breakfast/brunch until 1pm at weekends, lots of choice, fresh items and good coffee! Right opposite the main station and minutes walk from the beautiful old town too!

I was worried it would be too hipster for me, but actually it is a comfortable and modern hotel. The rooms have lots of amenities including a good range of toiletries and the free minibar, the view from the rooftop bar is excellent. On first floor facing the station and the room was very well insulated from the outside noise. The only issue was checkin was very slow with just 1 person it took an hour in a queue of 5 people at 2pm.

Stunning hotel, great design with amusing quirks that really bring joy to your stay. If I were to go to Ulm again, will choose to stay here with no hesitation.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well located in front of the train station. Walking you can find everything in Ülm. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of options to have.

Lea is the best! meet her my first day and she recommended me places to go and made me feel welcomed, with my month stay I got to know the staff more and they are all great with amazing personalities that make the hotel a great place to stay and a great place to hang out with at the bar.

This is a new concept hotel which is going to make anyone over 18 feel old! The check in was fine. The room is what I would describe as style over comfort. The shower and wash hand basin are not separate, there is just a curtain to pull halfway across the room for privacy but if you are up before your partner the light will disturb them. Thankfully the toilet is separate from the room. There is no wardrobe just a small narrow clothes rail with a few hangers. We had to go and buy some extra hangers as there are no hooks anywhere to hang our coats etc. There is a fridge with some free soft drinks which is nice and a Nespresso Machine but the coffee pods were not replaced after the first day but when we asked for some pods it wasn't a problem. It was a bit of a battle to get the room serviced, we had to ask several times each day. The bar at the top of the hotel was lovely and the staff charming. Breakfast was good and served until a very civilised time!
