Looks like a new area building up around this location. The facility looked brand new. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was excellent. The room and sting area are large, the bathroom feels smaller because the door swings into the bathroom.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The dishes in the room was not. The staff gave us some dishwasher cleaner to was them.

My initial impressions of this hotel were not good. I had just arrived after having driven 13 hours that day and the front desk employee, Brendan, ignored me when I tried to check in. He was in the back room on the phone for at least five minutes and never acknowledged my presence at all. When he finally came out, I discovered that the hotel required me to give them $150 in incidental fees before I could check in to my fully prepaid room. I've traveled all over the country and have never had an incidental charge as large as that. It was excessive and was never mentioned anywhere when I purchased the room online. Once the terrible check in process was done, the hotel experience improved. The rooms are large and nice and the area around the hotel is very nice. We had the free hot breakfast every morning and really enjoyed it. Overall, the customer service issues and hidden fees need to be addressed, but the hotel itself was great.

Stay was horrible I would never have the people that work at that company be in my building greeting people. The manager smell like weed

Super clean and upscale without being pretentious. Staff at check in was friendly and professional. Parking area is well lit. There's road construction on the ramp which confused me a bit but GPS directions were accurate.

Had a few hicups in the beginning because giving the wrong room but it was handled with manors and corrected. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms was nice, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again.

Well its still be built around the area, so not much to do.

The parking lot is land locked and hard to get to coming from Rockwall since there is not a break in the median. Plus always having to u-turn to leave property. Otherwise, great property.

When we arrived to our room, it smelled like wet and the shower was missing the shower curtain. The room was hot and felt stuffy. The staff were very nice and the location was good.

The floor was dirty had blood stains on it by the bed the shower was dirty with dirty on the wall and hair. The people above us let there child run all night over our heads. The people next door was having sexy and you could hear them.

Impressive, the room was huge, bathroom had plenty of room. The staff was exceptional, courteous, respectful. Had an outdoor firepit with plenty of seating around it. Served an above average continental breakfast, plenty of choices. An excellent place to stay. Definitely would stay again.

There's a ton of space in these rooms! The full fridge and microwave worked great for our needs...we had to leave before breakfast is served at 7am so we brought and heated our own breakfast. No complaints, would definitely stay here again for future volleyball tourneys in rockwall.

The water pressure in the hotel was really bad and low… also it wasn’t that clean and the fact that they don’t clean the room everyday was a huge disappointment we had no towels overall not a great experience.

Quiet and out of the way. Not congested at all.
