Recently built hotel with a unique (to this area) top floor restaurant. Pros: clean, new, modern, conveniently located near interstate exchange a few restaurants within walking distance, close to shopping centers. Cons: walls and ceilings are very thin. Could hear others talking in next door room. Also, we were in rooms on 4th floor (underneath 5th floor restaurant) and could hear chairs being moved across floor and equipment. Breakfast was an extra fee.

good experience with this stay for business. Very nice facility. Greeted by a very professional front desk person, and he made sure I had everything I needed for the overnight stay. Hotel has an nice/quaint lounge and restaurant on the top floor - I'll stay there again and recommend to business associates

This is the second time we stayed here and once again no hot water for the shower. It worries me how the laundry gets clean with no hot water and the dishes at the restaurant and bar. Bacteria! This is a new hotel and it’s beautiful but even the employees know about the hot water situation. Why isn’t anything being done?

We had a wonderful straightforward stay with little interruptions or errors. The room was spacious and the free breakfast was a great bonus. If your passing through Cookeville, TN this is a great spot to stay in.

We stayed here on our way back from Knoxville. The hotel was perfectly clean. The ac worked great. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy and cozy. They kept our rooms for our super late checkin (2am) and let us check out late and get a few hours of sleep.

No coffee in the lobby is crazy. This is only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where you can’t get a free cup of coffee in the morning. 2 out of 3 showers- no hot water. Room is small.

Absolutely no hot water for showers. We went to eat the breakfast we paid extra for and the food was gone. Clearly we should have gotten there right when they started putting things out.

Clean facilities but be Leary when booking through Expedia or other entity. We were charged another night by the hotel upon checking in. They said that there were no charges even when we showed our bank account where Expedia deducted the amount as well as the hotel. The gentleman stated there was nothing he could do. We are in the process of disputing it with our bank. Terrible customer service and scammers!

We had some car troubles and I am so glad we were able to get to this Holiday Inn. The staff was super friendly, as well as the rooftop restaurant staff. Wyatt was an all-star and recommend a mechanic that turned out to be amazing.
If I ever find myself stuck between Nashville and Knoxville again I will absolutely be back!

Terrible breakfast, don’t waste your money. Not very clean and maintained for a newer place. Charged an extra 60 dollars in taxes that it didn’t show on app.

We were very pleased. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable king size bed, and great breakfast options. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very rough around the edges. The resturant staff, especially, was unprofessional and one young lady very rude. If you did not pay for breakfast, you will be approached in a snarly way about it. I thought my online purchase included breakfast but made an innocent mistake. For that, I was hounded and overcharged for my trangression. They need to address this.

The hotel room was very nice, king bed was very comfortable with very nice bedding. The bathroom had a beautiful shower that had shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. It was overall a very nice experience.
