The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but far from the inner city of Phoenix. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Would I stay there again? Most definitely YES!

I asked for 1st floor, didnt get it. Husband disabled...2nd floor to the end of hallway. Not happy about that either. Check in was just ok. You desk supervisor was not welcoming with a smile, she just needs to smile and welcome in your visitors, which i expected . Customer service

You will love your stay @ the Hilton in Mesa. Az. My room was super clean & fresh. It was quite spacious and comfortable, with all the extras , like the cute kitchen & bathroom amenities. The bed was sumptuous and the breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean, comfortable and extremely friendly. We stayed 2 nights with our dogs as our air conditioning was out. It's a little loud with the airplanes early in the morning but I'm an early riser so it didn't bother me.

Its a nice place to stay. It's clean, it's quiet, great breakfast. Rooms are nice, bed was comfy i will definitely stay there again. And it's right on a great golf course.

My kid loved the extensive kitchen, comfy sofa for watching TV, and the spaciousness. I appreciated the better than usual included breakfast, swanky lobby and great location near family! This hotel is a gem. Will definitely return

Great location if you're in need for quiet. Very clean room and spacious. Was glad there was a ceiling fan since it helped balance the air with ac...really makes a difference. Bathroom is a big deal to me...it's spacious and I like the walk in shower. Breakfast was fresh and ample. Service was accommodating to needs. Restaurants and shopping are far enough and not too close to hotel. It means you don't hear traffic and all sorts of congestion. I would definitely go back to this location as a peaceful hideaway. My only request is a stationary bike in fitness room.

Perfect location if your floating the salt river. Check in and out was easy. I had a hicup with pricing but it was fixed immediately. The free breakfast is the best I've had. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here to attend a wedding and they told us we could check in early since we had to leave for wedding festivities before check in time. They told us a room was ready, but when we went in to the room, the beds were unmade and trash was everywhere. Then they told us the room would be cleaned by the time we got back from the wedding. It was not. Still had beds unmade and the trash. They told us there were no other rooms they could give us becuase they were fully booked. Luckily, the bride's family booked an extra room for the bridesmaids to do hair and makeup so we ended up having to stay in that room. Hopefully they give me a refund since I never got to use the room I actually booked.

They overbooked the hotel, "upgraded" us from a 1 bedroom suite to 1 king bed suite which is lower tier. What a dishonest front desk staff. When I raised the concern, front desk (Alejandra) just wouldn't acknowledged the room they gave us was a lower tier room. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any hotel. The room I booked was $100 more than the "upgraded" room!!!

The property was pretty and well maintained. It was very close to nature trails and dining (although only a few choices). The staff was friendly.
I didn't like that it was so far from the city and other attractions.
There was always some noise coming from the bathroom. The bathroom door was missing a handle and was really hard to open and close. We had to always push, and shove, and claw our way in and out.
We reserved 6 nights but we didn't get change of sheets till the fourth night and only because we requested it. Same thing with the towels: nobody cared to refresh if we did not ask for it.
The couch smelled.

Really impressed. Loved having a kitchenette. The grounds were very nice. Everything felt new and well maintained. Will definitely look for this chain in the future.

We had a great few nights. The staff were all friendly, the property was clean and comfortable, there was entertainment close by as well as grocery and dining. I would stay here again.
