Just average. Dining area/bar was more cafeteria than dining room/lounge. Staff were friendly though.

Everything about our stay from check in to check out was easy and the staff is wonderful.

Stay was excellent! Only issue at all was a couple hours of a VERY noisy neighbor. However, they seemed to leave the room after a couple hours and it went back to silence. No complaints! :o)

Requested a rollaway bed but did not get one. Elevator broke so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs.

I booked a one night stay in a room for my boyfriend and me to celebrate Valentine’s Day with some convenience and privacy. The room was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We decided to order carry out from The Pub located just Nextdoor and it was delicious food for a decent price. Overall it was a great night however I experienced a not-so graceful checkout process. First cleaning knocked early in the morning and I announced that they were not needed at the time. Then I found myself running a little late for checkout, and was minutes from calling the front desk to ask for a late checkout when a second knock occurred right before check out time (11am). Still in my towel, I spoke through the door to inform the person that I was running late and was just about to notify the front desk. They then questioned me as to how much longer I was going to need which felt pushy. I proceeded to call down to the front desk to ask for late check out and the person was less than friendly in telling me that “the absolute latest they could do was 12”. I said understood and thanked them for their cooperation to which they replied with a stark “ok” and hung up. Several minutes later a third knock on the door happened at 11:30 as I was gathering all of my belongings and I answered face to face this time explaining all that had occurred thus far and that I was about to exit but had been told that I had up until 12! They were short and without remorse for the interruption

We stayed for our daughter cheer competition and the woman who checked us in was super friendly. The place was very clean and nice. We would stay here again!

When we arrived it was 20 Degrees outside. We open our hotel room door and it was like walking into a fridge.We call down to front desk to get nothing but must have been cleaning people. 2 hrs later 60 Degrees isnt cutting it.There answer is to move us intc a smaller room to punish us for complaining.

It was a quick stay but I enjoy the area and the comfort of this new hotel.

Hotel was like new. Quiet room, comfortable bed, very pleasant stay. Breakfast was mediocre and not free. I was hoping for a little better food since it wasn’t complimentary.

This hotel was the newest and cleanest hotel that we stayed in while traveling, which made it a very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time other then a chair breaking underneath my husband while eating dinner. Brittany the bartender was amazing. Dave the chef is top notch. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and warming. The elevator are super quick and easy to access.

I was double-charged for my room- once from Expedia and then from the Hilton itself. Staff said that would contact me when it was straightened out- surely I can't be the first Expedia customer to use this place.

The hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcome. The breakfast is ok and worth the money. We will stay there again when visiting family nearby.

Easy checking in and out. A large extension of my family stayed here for a funeral. And they were very accommodating. The bartender was incredible with her Attention to service with much needed drinks and food after a long day.

New hotel with nice decor and very comfortable bed. Good place to stay for a night when traveling. The front staff was a young man with not a lot of personality. The woman at the bar had a lot of personality and she was very happy, friendly and nice to talk with. Ordered some food and it was mediocre.
