We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to a gas station/convenience store and to restaurants was great. Check in/out was smooth and the room was clean.

The property was nice and clean, but the stairwells stunk like mildew I guess because there’s no air conditioning in the stairways. Crack barrel is out the back Parking lot pool was smaller than it looked in the picture, but overall it was clean hotel.

I didn't like that the staff that checked us in charged us $168.00 for a service dog fee!! There are supposed to be no charges for a service animal

Ms Towanda and Ms Indian were extremely kind and courteous to me throughout my brief stay. My room was the perfect location on the property and will ask for that exact room again.

The parking lot is oddly situated and could use more lighting … our room was clean and housekeeping came both days to see if we needed anything. The air conditioner in our room squeaked… to the hotels credit they quickly sent someone to look at it but he could not stop the squeaking.. said we should contact the front desk if interested in q different room… in the end we just stayed there as we did not wish to move!

Staff was especially helpful!! This hotel would've earned straight 5's except that there you had to go downstairs to get coffee and tea. There wasn't anything in my room to make it.

Well appointed. The staff were excellent and helpful. I received a needed toothbrush. The pool was crystal clear. The desk staff and the food service staff were friendly and efficient.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and spacious. We loved having a microwave to pop our popcorn in the evenings and a refrigerator to store our drinks and my husband's medicine. The staff was wonderful. Suggestion - improve breakfast options.

Have stayed at this property previously. Condition has deteriorated over the years and needs some renovation - like new paint and varnish, New chairs in rooms etc.

We only stop to rest after a 10 hour drive. Staff was ver friendly, room was very clean, breakfast area was clean enough food. Staff was very nice and professional. Will stay again and recommend to friends. Price was fair.

Great hotel and nice stay. I must say the only reason the comfort was a 4 is because hotel pillows are too soft for me and i didnt sleep well. But not the fault of the hotel. and the breakfast made up for it. Theres a cracker barrel right next door but the omelets were surprisingly very good, sausage, potatoes (which my wife would have liked done a little more- i thought they were good). Waffles, cereal, bagels... i mean you couldnt ask for more.

We have stayed at country inn several times. Very clean. Staff are not friendly, and would like to see a different breakfast.

Good basic accomodation. Heat/AC was very quiet. Bathroom fxitures a little dated. Tap water had slight sulpher taste so I'd bring a bottled water next time. Front desk was helpful & courteous.

A wonderful one bedroom suite with a very comfortable bed. Avfew dollars more for a separate bedroom is amazing. The breakfast was nice and filling. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was great, nice design, decor, and spaces. The water pressure in the shower however is NON existent! The water barely came out enough to shower and had a high-pitched whine the whole time like it was being restricted somehow. My sister said the same about her room, so not a room issue but a hotel issue. Unfortunately this means we won't stay here again.

I go to that facility once a year for the past three years and Tawanda who checked me in remembered why I come every year, my sister who passed away and my other sister who is a nurse. She was absolutely wonderful!!!
