The bar closes at 10pm, which is a little early for some.

Excellent business / Upscale Hotel in south east Melbourne. 5🌟 hotel.

Staff working the desk in the evening think it's funny and to laugh at you when you ask a serious question about security of the hotel. Started my stay there badly and it only got worse

It would be better if the mattress could be a little firmer

We loved the property . We have a grand daughter in Monash hospital. So has everything we need for her needs.

Amazing and comfortable. The pool was a bit of an a maze to find. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Good service and clean room.

We loved the location , shops and cafes on ground floor. . Rooms spacious and staff extremely friendly and accomodating. We had a meal in their restaurant Ginger . Delicious.

It was okay. The cleaners did not wash the coffee cups. Still sticky and one cup was not cleaned at all. Complaned and they were haphazard with the same issue,

Very clean

This is my second time staying at this property; the last time was six months ago. The hotel is new, but it's not really well maintained. The TV would turn itself off while watching, the shower head is broken, and the water leaks heavily. I also left a couple of pieces of clothing behind and called the hotel. The staff told me they would go check and call me back. It's been two days, and no one has called. Not a great experience.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent food & shopping. Very central to my travels. Will be back again.

The property is beautiful with excellent, unobtrusive service. We just found it hard to find the entrance!

Great proximity as parents to Monash University. Convenience with supermarket and eateries.

Great location and connected to a shopping centre with a supermarket and some good family dining options. There is also decent buffet breakfast that is open until 9:30 am on weekdays and 10 am on weekends - as a family who loves to sleep in while on holiday, it would be great if this had been open for longer however the morning where we made it, the food was good and the staff were welcoming. The property itself is clean however the pool and gym are not in the hotel and access to these facilities are not explained at all during check-in. To access the gym, you need to get a seperate pass from reception and for the pool, you have to go through the shopping centre. Also at night (past 10pm) your room key cannot be used to get to the right hotel level from the shopping centre so you have to go through the carpark to get back to the room. Also not explained at check-in and made for a very fustrating time after what was meant to be a quick late night woolies run. Our family stayed a total of 6 nights and overall, the location was good for what we needed to do and we were happy with the room and hotel.

Not baby friendly

Wonderful place to stay, room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was awesome.

We got told to go back into our room to eat even after we explained we were trying to get our baby to put herself to sleep. Made our stay a little harder. Otherwise amazing!

Hotel was great. Staff very friendly and went out of their way to help. Great choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

The staff is very helpful n the room is clean . Don’t like the water anyhow flow after showering n no toilet cabinet .

It catered for our needs

Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned properly since last guests used it. Very average buffet breakfast. Expected more of the Park Royal.

Great stay.

Great room, food and service. There was a distant alarm noise most of the night, which kept me up for a bit. I couldn't determine where it was coming from though. Don't know if it was from the hotel or not.
