I was very disappointed in my stay. The hot water in my room as not working properly and needed to be fixed. Then, the air conditioning stopped working and I woke up at 2am in a very hot room. The night desk clerk did give me another room to sleep in. In the morning, I requested at the front desk for someone to contact me to let me know the status, since I would be working very late. Fortunately, everything was fixed. But it was disappointing that I never heard any updates or even a call from the manager for these significant issues during my stay.
Breakfast was medicre at best, but at least something to have on the go.
The rooms themselves seemed spacious and clean.

All services provided were superb. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took the shuttle to the mall and received our packages with ease.

Four days with NO hot water, I mentioned it to desk every day, and promises went unfulfilled. The convenience of them having a shuttle was great if it didn’t take them 45 minutes to pick you up or drop you off at the right place. No meat thermometers to use for your meat on the grill. Was a bummer. My chicken I had to bring it in and finish cooking over the stove. Barely any flames on the grill. And breakfast eggs needed to be cooked more. My daughter now has her stomach messed up.

Really happy with this hotel and stay. It was clean and functional. I love the kitchen option which is a big reason we stay at residence inn as opposed to other hotels. My only complaint is that the lobby smell was SO strong the first night. Whatever scent they had dispersing was so strong. I immediately reacted. My eyes were burning, nose running, itching and cough. I have asthma and allergies, but my daughter who does not, immediately started itching everywhere too. I had to use my inhaler every time I walked through the lobby because my breathing started feeling tight. Thankfully by morning it was gone. I also noticed they don't have much help at night. Everyone was super nice but whenever we needed something we had to go down to get it. Which isn't a huge deal but it sucks for the person down there alone not to have help for these things. Overall though, would definitely stay again. Even breakfast wasn't bad for hotel breakfast.

Terrible experience at this property. There was no hot water, very low water pressure, and no effective response from the inexperienced staff. Extremely disappointed. Additionally, my food delivery was stolen from the lobby, which reflects poorly on the hotel’s basic security services.

This property gets an A+ from me. Quiet, roomy, clean, modern, with a friendly and caring staff, and conveniently located to east/west and north/south arteries so getting to places in Miami is quick. Nice breakfast too!

I loved the property it was fantastic . Me and my family stayed after a cruise the guys at the front desk are so nice and very professional. The room was top notch with all morden amenities. I definitely will be staying against by Gods power.

Beautiful property, with very very clean rooms. Helpful staff, breakfast was very good, having kitchen in the toom makes it very eazy with kids. Overall our experience was to the top. This was our second time. And we love it. Totally worth staying here.

The shuttle service was not provided. As it only start at 9am on a weekend. This was not how it was marketed. Especially when rushing this was very bad. It was more expensive than average hotel because of shuttle and it was not provided. I had to incur Uber costs
