Really enjoyed our stay at Trump Doral, all the staff are really friendly without being overbearing.

Beautiful Property with very attentive Staff. The GM even Greeted us and gave us her personal card if we needed anything.

N/A, small issue at check in but it was quickly remedied by Desk Manager.

Staff is outstanding!

Food at the restaurant, downstairs. Server from Ukraine was exceptional! However the fries were cold. Meals ok but not outstanding for the price. However, we are not the types to return or complain about our food to the waiters. Not their fault. So no, we didn’t complain and wouldn’t. Just being truthful on a survey.

A little aged furniture and style. Feels like visiting a rich grandma. Booking agents on phone are not informed about online offers. Promotion offers are not granted after luring customers in with shady arguments like „we wrote ‚rates starting from‘ while having none of the promoted offers available and try to upsell. Stop advertising if sold out. Keep sales up to date and inhouse.
