Overall this is a clean hotel.
Breakfast is muffins and bars only.
When we checked in I gave the front desk the card I wanted to be charged and it seemed like she was entering it.She asked no questions and gave us the hotel cards.I noticed the wrong card was getting charged I went to the front desk.First she said there was nothing she could do since it was through a third party, but then she said she could try. She did end up getting it fixed but I think if she would have just checked this could have been avoided.
The gym or fitness area is not worth going. It has only some machines for walking and two cable machines. The machines were outdated. The cable equipment was damaged and you couldn’t use it.
On the last night we stayed it was raining all day and then it snowed. When we came back we noticed the window curtains open and a bucket on the ledge.The area around the window trim was leaking and that was right above the AC/heating unit.We told the front desk we did not want to be liable for that in case something happened to it, and we would want to be able to use the unit in the room because it was cold in the room since it was off from the leaking.They offered to give us another room but when we checked it out that room was also leaking.We stayed in the same room and went to sleep.A couple hours later the power shut off and from that time till we checked out there was no power.
The hotel needs to focus on spending where it counts and not just looks

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you are in a posh hotel in NYC or Chicago! The decor is chic, the staff is awesome, very accommodating and the rooms have all the comforts of home! Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful & amazing! What an incredible experience for such a small community! The staff were very approachable and welcoming! The “vibe” was not at all what I had anticipated for such a small venue! Unbelievable atmosphere! The interior design was remarkable! I would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! I just wish more hotels of this kind existed in the metro areas of Nebraska. It most definitely needs to be listed on the top!😊

This Hotel is beautiful! After a long trip, traveling from Arizona, it was a delight to arrive here and have a quick and easy check in. The receptionist who created us was great. The decorations in the lobby were so gorgeous and very inviting. The beds were amazing!! Got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Can not say enough about Hotel 21. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

This hotel was wonderful. Wasn't expecting what we stepped into . What a beautiful & unique hotel . We had been at the hospital for the last 18 hours & looked a little messy . It didn't seem to bother them at check in . I would highly recommend this hotel ,what a treat after an emotional day. .

Property was nice with unique decor. Check in desk needs to be identified. We walked around fo 10 minutes trying to figure out where to check-in. Had to ask bartender who summoned front desk staff.

Me and my husband came yesterday for a date night and we enjoyed the stay! We met one of the male bartenders and he told us he was in the military for a while we enjoyed his company while we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar

Lobby/bar area had plenty of seating area options for visiting and relaxing. Staff very friendly. Rooms nice size and very clean. Conveniently located between Scottsbluff and Gering.

This hotel was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. When you walk in it is just breathtaking. You can tell the lady that owns the property cares about all of the touches that make you feel like royalty. I will definitely stay there every time I’m in town.

Had an excellent stay. Rhonda was awesome. Her willingness to help and friendliness made me feel like I’ve stayed there 100 times, which it was my first. I’ll be booking with them again the next time I’m in town.

This hotel is absolutely amazing so modern clean and Interesting rooms are huge staff are friendly room had microwave fridge coffee plenty of storage and charging points also complementary coffe and cakes in morning
Has bar on site and we ate at the steel grill which is also owned by hotel and it 5 min walk away and was also fabulous food wish we could have stayed longer

Very nice place, new and spotless. The hard floors were also very hard on my feet but were trendy and aesthetically pleasing instead of carpeting. The lack of carpeting in the hallways made sound carry pretty effectively, which was unfortunate when several of my neighbors insisted on carrying on a conversation outside their door at 2:30 in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Very nice hotel for people without kids. No pool and very limited breakfast options. Our room stated it slept 6 people (2adults, 4 kids), but some kids ended up on floor
