Great experience. We love the fact that Spring Hill Suites can always be counted on for a quality night’s stay. Breakfasts are always good as well.

TERRIBLE! I booked this room over my wedding weekend for my family and friends and it was the worst experience. Someone at the front desk canceled or gave away my room the day before my wedding which caused a great amount of stress. They also messed up the rooms for my mom and sister and tried to charge extra for something they did. The whole ordeal was a mess and I ended up paying more for my room when it should’ve been given to me at least at a discounted rate. The only silver lining was the guy Nate. He was kind and willing to help.
And the beds were hard

This was our second time staying at this hotel and both times have been amazing. The staff is excellent and very friendly, the hotel is always clean, the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we’ve had and the rooms are a wonderful size, very clean, and the showers are awesome!!! We will always stay here when we are in the area.

The property is hidden in a business district so it was secluded and quiet.
The front desk staff was very friendly and communicated very well.
The housekeeping staff was a little pushy and rude but stuff happens.
Would definitely return again.

Really nice and clean. I will definitely come back to this location. I do wish that the breakfast hours were extended a little longer. Its from 7-9:30 AM (if I remember correctly on the weekends). I wish it would've been from extended to 10 AM.

Breakfast selection is at the minimum basic.
The sofa bed is not a pullout sofa bed.

Everything about our stay here was amazing. I've never enjoyed walking into a hotel room as much as I did this one. From the first step, I was greeted with clean smells and cool air. The staff was also pleasant and extremely helpful, finding me the perfect person to help me into my car after locking my keys in in just moments after my arrival. The only negative was the fire alarm at 5am, and breakfast ending at 9:30am, but we will definitely be returning.

I've stayed twice here in the past couple months and the staff have been extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to come to this hotel when I'm in town; the staff are amazing, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and I feel safe there. Thank you!

Not so great, black out shade was broken. Had no hair dryer and when I called down for one they called me back and said they had no extra. Eventually they went into another from someone that checked out and brought one up.

Upon checkin was asked for a picture ID and a credit/debit card. Handed the receptionist my military picture ID and credit card. Was then told that he needed my drivers license. If that was what he needed, why didn’t he ask for that in the first place. Never used my credit card cause used what was on file. So why did he ask for a card?

The landscaping was beautiful and the aromatic plants truly smelled blissful. Honestly, an unexpected delight! I never thought I would rave about the amazing aromatherapy but it was terrific. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was incredibly friendly!
