From check in to check out this hotel was great! Our room felt like a modern one bedroom apartment. The kitchen was great and had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook a meal (utensils , pots, dishes, etc. The young man who checked me in was the “front desk supervisor”… I think that was the title and I regret I don’t remember his name…but he was so professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming! I will definitely stay here again when in this area.

The property was clean and the surroundings seemed safe. Full size kitchen was great There are many dining and shopping things that are walking distance. iMovie theatre is also nearby.

Our only concern was that the refrigerator did not work. We needed to refrigerate some medication.

This property has turned into our second home to invite family and friends over. Very generous social space for gatherings indoors and outdoors. We had our wedding party here and a family/work reunion. Dog friendly. The staff....WOW!!! What exceptional customer service and support system in place. Thank you!!! :)

This is a beautiful hotel, so convenient should you go see a show at Yaamava. The hotel “smells” new and the room is immaculate. Love the kitchen area and the living space - I have stayed at two different Marriott Bonvoys and Im consistently impressed. Looking forward to the breakfast in the am!

The walls are paper thin, you can hear people talking
as if they were in the room with you. The fridge and bath fan sounded like idled cars in the room. I did not get any sleep. If expect a quite space this is not your place. keep looking.

Really appreciated being able to check in a few hours early! Everyone at the desk was so kind and Hermalinda the housekeeper was so nice to give us extra towels! We really enjoyed our quick stay! Can’t believe how quiet it is! Thank you!

My mom was in the hospital at Loma Linda and I’m aware of the surrounding areas. I wasn’t comfortable staying anywhere near the hospital since I was alone. I decided to stay here, it was really nice, clean and I felt safe! The front desk clerks were really nice and helpful! Enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay again on another visit.

I got out 2 plates from the cabinet in the kitchen area. They were stuck together. The bottom plate had never been cleaned and had food and mold on it. When we went to bed I got out the extra comforter, it appeared to have pee or bile on it. Bottom line it was disgusting. In both instances the management took care of the issue providing new plates and comforter.

It was a nice hotel but a bit expensive and what i really was upset about was after paying $200 for the room online they took another $150 deposit that i did not expect and here we are 3 days later and i still have not received the deposit back. We left the room in performance condition and did not buy anything there at the hotel or give them any reason to keep it. I would not recommend this hotel because of that reason.
