I liked that the staff was friendly but I did not feel safe due to the area.

The clients had kids unsupervised, all night disturbance by other renters, limited parking in an unsafe environment.

The place was so bad that even though it was paid for I did not stay there. I think it was the worst place that I have ever been to. As soon as I seen this place I knew I didn’t want to stay. Horrible Horrible Horrible!

A hand written sign on door states that the “included breakfast” is not provided. Check-in is at a barred window, and not in a lobby as depicted on the website. I decided to not check-in and stayed at the Doubletree hotel a couple miles away. It should be removed from Expedia listing of hotels.

We this hotel almost twice a year every time we visit our family here in San Bernardino. It’s convenient for me and my family and clean.

The overall stay was okay. Other guests were very loud and disruptive. Someone even knocked on my door at 2 in the morning. The room was clean and the beds weren’t bad.

First of all, contrary to the Internet posting, they do not offer breakfast. Looks like there are long term residents - kind of unsavory. As we arrived there was a woman standing in her room door scantily clan receiving something small from a young man on a bike. I would guess some illicit substance. Such a shame because the room was clean and comfortable for the price. Has obviously seen better days but not neglected. I was not comfortable in the neighborhood. Don’t believe the owner is winning the battle of unsavory characters being kept away. As soon as one group told to leave an obviously unhoused man wandered into the property. I hate to leave this review because they are obviously trying to maintain the property but are fighting an uphill battle.

Located in a terrible neighborhood. Feels very unsafe. We didn't even spend the night because we were worried that our car would get broken into.
