Loved our stay, just needed more milk for the hot drinks and would have been nice to have some toothpaste left

Generally good, but did not have a pillow selection so had to go and buy one at the local shopping centre as prefer a much lower pillow, they were all very high. Some room services were missed and we were charged for a breakfast we never had. Charging for parking is a little over the top as right next door to the hotel. Gym facility was not on the premises but a 12 minute walk away.

Very nice and new hotel. Parking filled up quick so had to park on the street (seems to be on a first in first serve basis). Other than that, the hotel room was clean and modern.

Location was great, nice and new. Staff were not super chirpy and approachable but all up it was a good experience.

A very comfortable room. Also i was out late and the team in the restaurant cook me a meal and delivered it to my room even though they had just shut, great service.

Unbelievably good service from the reception staff checking in and out etc.
The room (Deluxe) on the fifth floor had remarkable views of the riverside. The room size, cleanliness, layout, amenities and presentation were probably the best in Wellington.
Everything accessible by walking, but everything you need is probably located in the hotel anyway.
I highly recommend this hotel based on everything listed and especially the deluxe rooms.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, so beautiful, perfectly clean, it’s warm and quiet and the staff are so friendly and helpful! 10/10 would stay again!

We loved our stay here.
Our room 403 was awesome. Stylish decor, comfy bed n great shower. Great kitchen n spacious too.
Must also say, the gentleman checking us in was awesome. We arrived late at 11pm, (after our ferry was delayed). We’d forgotten our toothbrush’s n he kindly brought some up to our room. We appreciated 😊

Beautiful room. Super comfy bed. Bathroom was only downfall and even then its just a discrepancy rather than an actual issue....hair on shower wall.
Beside this, staff were extremely professional, polite and genuine.
Excellent room for the money...easily would expect to pay more.

I stayed one night and only had breakfast there and was a little disappointed with the bacon and sausages quality, the sausage was very bland in flavour and bacon was dry a broke into pieces while eating it. I overheard a guest behind me comment on the same thing. But overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Unfortunately no restaurants or pubs in the area so stuck with eating at the hotel.
