It was a little rundown, especially when their sign out front said the rooms were remodeled. And the tin or metal frame under the bed was very obnoxious. There were several strange holes in the walls along with some tubing along the ceiling.

Super cute remodeled room but left the vintage charm. Clean, comfortable, and loved all the beautiful flowers around the property! Stay here and support a family run business! Thank you, we will stay again for our next concert at the Gorge!!!

The room was actually very nice, updated and clean with a comfortable bed. It is a motel that is rented weekly as well, so there is allot of in and out traffic and you can hear conversations outside your room. Great though if you are on a roadtrip and just need a place to crash for the night that is inexpensive.

I stayed there two weeks ago. I have no idea how it got booked for 9/9/24. The hotel is refusing to waive the non refundable charge. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

It was perfect for our last minute trip to the Gorge. Very accommodating owner. We were an end unit where it looks like the fence needs some extra attention, but overall, we were completely satisfied! The shower was nice and hot and great water pressure. We would stay again!

This is a great little family run establishment. Staff is super friendly and the rooms were very clean. Perfect place to stay to see a show at the Gorge. Significantly cheaper option than the other motels in the area. Will definitely be coming back!

This is the real deal. It’s like stepping into a charming mid century motel except that it all feels brand new. Everything is spotless. Unlike many of those old motels with a rundown feel, this one is basically perfect. David the owner is very friendly and personally takes care of the abundant flowers that decorate the place. So glad I found it!

It's nice to see an original mid-century property to be in this good of condition. The website pictures are accurate. Rooms have been mostly updated and the property in general seems well cared for. Security cameras are installed all around. The area is fairly quiet except for the occasional street racer going by in early evening. The proprietor is quite friendly and engaging. Would stay again.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable with nice unique artwork and decor.. the shower was hot with good pressure. Bed super comfy.. the people that ran it were always around and very friendly . We would stay again.. there was a good spot to park our Rv. There is a great restaurant walking g distance named Enzo, and also a Mexican one we didn’t try. We would stay again

We were driving west on I 90 and found a gem of a motel in Moses Lake. It was an older style motel, yes, but completely updated, rimmed with flowers, clean rooms, and excellent service. Very friendly proprietors. Highly recommend the Sage ‘N’ Sand Motel! We would definitely come again.

Staff is very friendly. The room is clean and comfy. The unique bar table makes best use of the space. My family enjoyed sitting by the table working, reading and dining. Water and coffee is provided in the office area. It is located close to shopping center, parks and farmer’s market. I will stay here next time I visit Moses Lake.
