Felt the parking lot was very unsafe. Too many people loitering and smoking pot. Didn’t like the parking fee or pet fee. Won’t return to this location.

There was a bit of confusion on where the front door was but, after that, the stay was great! Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great! The hotel is in walking distance of a great brewery and taco restaurant. Overall a perfect stay for our one night in Little Rock.

Ebony one of the staff members there could have been a bit more pleasant but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because maybe she just isn’t a morning person but she definitely could have been a whole lot nicer at her customer service.

We stayed three nights in this hotel, which was almost new and very clean. They refreshed towels and cleaning supplies daily and made the bed every day. Breakfast was good and of acceptable quality. The hotel is very close to downtown, the library, and various restaurants. Parking is $10 per night. Overall, it is a very good hotel, especially if cleanliness is your priority.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site and included in the price. I’d definitely stay here again.
The only small complaint is that there was not enough on-site parking for everyone staying there that night. We had to park in the overflow which was just a short walk away from the on-site lot.

When I arrived I waited in the lobby 15 minutes before anyone came to check me in. Young kids all over the hallway physically fighting. Very disrespectful. Breakfast was horrible not fresh at all. I really expected more from this hotel not a good experience.

My family just got back from vacation in Little Rock. We loved the location of this hotel. Just a short walk away from downtown, which we picked because it was close to the kids Discovery Museum, splash pad, and park. Very walkable, our kids loved the free downtown trolley, and there are a ton of food options all less than 1 mile away.

Hotel is located in an area of restoration. There is construction going on, but it did not affect our stay. This hotel in new, 3 yrs old, and nice.

Very easy to get to off and on the highway. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and the rooms had everything you need including a refrigerator and a microwave. One of the few with parking on site in Little Rock.

This property seemed to be fairly new. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. It is close to River Market which was nice. We asked for a late checkout and starting at 8:30am we had three different housekeeping staff enter our room, even after I called the front desk the first time. The woman working the breakfast area was rude, condescending and made it obvious she wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. The manager on duty didn’t seem too concerned about housekeeping barging in on us repeatedly or about being talked down to by kitchen staff. The property itself is nice, new, clean and I felt somewhat safe as there is police presence in the area.

Very nice hotel! Room was spacious and clean, nice lighting! Checking in and out were a breeze, all staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the employee that worked the breakfast bar on 4/15, sorry I didn't get her name. Would highly recommend!

Bad:Limited parking in an area without street parking and construction. Construction going on out side at night on the street. Pool out of service, this was not indicated at booking and was the only condition I had when looking for a hotel in the Little Rock Area. Broken and wobbly tiles in the bathroom.

The staff was super nice and the facility was in good shape. Daytime was fine at the facility, night time had a few stragglers walking around outside. Right off of the highway so easy access most everything. Local food and coffee are close but chain restaurants are up an exit on the highway. Overall a great stay!
